Gossip & Rumors
Paris Tight Lipped About Nicole

Paris Hilton: Click to watchThough Paris Hilton was swarmed by questioning photogs, the heiress kept quiet about Nicole Richie's checking into a treatment facility.

As she made her exit from Hollywood hotspot Area, a cameraman repeatedly asked Hilton, "is it true Nicole is in rehab?" Paris evaded the line of questioning the only way she knows how - by pretending to talk on her cell phone.

Nicole checked herself into a private facility for an undisclosed treatment yesterday where, according to her publicist, she is "working with a team of doctors and specialists whose focus is nutrition."

And while the paparazzi crush followed Paris all the way to her vehicle, she can rest easy knowing she garnered the most attention from the photogs all night - beating out the likes of Lindsay Lohan and Kristin Cavallari.

46. I, too, cannot stand Paris Hilton (YUCK!!!). I think she is lacks every bit of moral fiber needed to make her in any way a decent human being. I definitely see her as NO kind of a role model for the kids - she quit school, got a DUI, makes out publicly with spouses of friends and others (separated are not - if the divorce is NOT final, then they are STILL married), and does absolutely nothing of substance with the tremendous amount of money she has. To top all of this off, the worst offense to me was her laughing hysterically at that a**hole Brandon Davis while he made the most vile and disgusting remarks about Lindsay Lohan (actually, not a fan of hers either). To me, no LADY should or would find those types of remarks "hysterical". This is my short list for hating Paris. However, I do find it disturbing that the only remarks some of the bloggers here seem to make refer to parts of her anatomy (face it, which none of you have EVER SEEN), and to diseases that none of us really know she has. To me, those type of disgusting, vile remarks make you no better than her when she was laughing at the firecrotch remarks. Not only that, but those remarks also diminish the remarks made by those giving legitimate reasons of why she is a complete waste of air. Like I said, I agree with hating the woman - she certainly deserves it in more ways than one, but please, don't lower yourselves to the level of some of those "Paris-Lovers" such as CRACK and the rest of those illiterates by making up crude, ridiculous reasons. The "truth" is MORE THAN ENOUGH.

47. I don't know why everyone is mad that Paris didn't say anything she was right not to speak to the paparazzi. They misinterupte what people say it's none of their business if Nicole is in rehab or not! Paris did the right thing if she did say something you all and the media would say she is trying to keep the attention on herself (paris) and take it away from nicole or you'll say she is being a bitch spreading rumors and nicole's business. The Media will never be happy its really sad.

48. Finally, I have something positive to say about this young woman. She now understands what it means to be a friend and an adult. I must say it is refreshing to see that she respects her friend's privacy. I hope she's grown up a bit. As for Nicole, good luck to her during her treatment. This will be her second time battling her demons, it takes a lot of courage and maturity to admit one has a problem. I thought something was up with her. She has whithered away very rapidly. I hope she caught it in time and it doesn't adversely affect her later in life.

49. To ask Paris Hilton about Nicole Richie going to rehab would have stirred up controversy, muck and conflict. Shannon Moakler would have butted in some stuff too. So Paris talking into a cell phone is her answer for "no comment." I'm sure that Paris is supportive of Nicole's recovery but those reporters have no business getting in her face about her longtime friend. Some paparazzi need to back off sometimes. We, the public, don't have to know every single thing about our favorite celebrities.
