37. The employee at HYDE should be arrested for FELONY Reckless Endangerment because he didn't phone 911.

If Nicole Richie's "so called friends" did NOT immediately transport her to a Hospital's Emergency Room, they are ALSO guilty of FELONY Reckless Endangerment .

Unless the Hospital's Emergency Room was immediately close by the HYDE, Nicole Richie's "so called friends" are guilty of FELONY Reckless Endangerment by not waiting for the Paramedics to arrive at the HYDE.

If Nicole Richie's "so called friends" knew that she was doing illegal drugs, then they are also guilty of FELONY Criminal Conspiracy.

If Nicole Richie dies within 48 hours of this event, her "so called friends" are guilty of FELONY Manslaughter, as is the person that gave her and Lindsay Lohan these drugs.

But then the HYDE has been serving alcohol to underage girls like Lindsay Lohan for years so what does another FELONY matter to them.

In every other town except Beverly Hills, all of this would be "probable cause" to obtain Search Warrants for illegal drugs at the homes of Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan and especially Paris Hilton.

38. Nicole is the biggest liar, she kept denying she had any kind of problem, let alone an eating disorder, which is obvious. She and lindsey must have gotten a bad "bag" or she's SO undernourished, she's a "DEAD GIRL WALKING"

This is very sad, and her father can only help so much, if Nicole doesn't want help, she's not going to get it, plain and simple, you can't say "her father should step in", Nicole has to WANT help, until then, she just may die.

In her condition and with friend like that...it's won't be long now. Maybe it will be a lesson for the other anorexic heroin addicts in Hollywood.
