241. i cant believe this, i really cant, this is so sad, I would talk to my closest friends about this couple about how i respect the fact they been together all this time and worshipped their love so I dont know what happened, guess its a part of life, plus they married so young, not sure if its mutual or what, whose next ? Will and Jada? seems like only the older couples stay together like bill and camille cosby, ruby dee and ossie davis, etc etc, I dont like breakups. OH well but what can you do?

245. I think this is sad... and i think its sad for the people who are agreeing with this break up and happy this happend. Marriage is supose to be forever, and america theses days changed that. I really thought this couple would be on the only to make it threw the stupid media and threw the hective life as "STARS".. it just shows that no couple in hollywood can make it... i'm sure glad i never made it to hollywood. I wonder how fusterating their lives can be, let alone people urging breakups... o well....

The critical fact of the matter is NONE of you know these celebrities, and have no idea what kind of people they are, other than what you read in your National Enquirer. It's a pathetic commentary on life today that some of you can pick apart the remains of a marriage between two most likely decent people on the internet.

252. Hollywood or not - Successful men rarely divorce their less successful wife because of professional/career imbalance. When they do, they know they have to pay. But successful women always divorce their less successful husband. And they become angry when they have to pay. While women want to be equal, they also want men to be more. And men are still having a hard time adjust to having a wife who is the top dog. We have a long way to go.

Reese has always been headed for stardom.... since she was about 13... i have watched her career closely...she is a downhome southern girl, with southern values... ryan is a fine actor, but a "fine actor" does not always a STAR make... She has that STAR factor... i dont know if he is a "laid back stoner" or not... and i dont care... he has always seemed very stressed at the awards shows... even when she hasnt WON... it is understandable when both people do the same thing for a living and one of them is CONSISTENTLY good and the other (even though he seems to take it more seriously sometime) is RARELY great in anything... and yes, i have always gotten that whole "bi-sexual" vibe from him... that does not make him a bad dad or a bad husband... but it DOES make him unfaithful and as i said, she has that whole southern background thing going... she wants her man to be HERS...not just some of the time... it is clear that they both love their children, but Ryan has never seemed as committed to the kids as she is... dont ANY Of you watch her on talk shows... she GUSHES about Ava and Deacon, he just wants to promote his newest SERIOUS role... oh, and by the way, whoever said she didnt deserve that Oscar, didnt watch the movie close enough... i hope they both find happiness, she deserves it and he NEEDS it... his career will NOT take off after the divorce the way Nicole Kidman's did... i dont think he is the WRONGED party here.... i definitely think she put up with him longer than most women would have...

If you looked at Ryan's face last year while she was running up to grab her award for Best Acrtress for Walk the Line... You would have seen it coming. He was not even smiling. He managed to pull it together by the time she got back to her seat, enough to give her a wee hug. Too much competition when both are actors.

Also, Joaquin had the same look on HIS face when Reese's name was announced. Cause, he DID NOT win the award for his role in the same movie.

Men can't take it. Men actors ...double that!!
