I agree with you but if I were Ben I'd also take a bulldozer and plow the fence down, it's HIS house and HIS fence. If she wants privacy she'd pay for it.

Since he doesn't have a lease with Anna Nicole he can rent out the garage............... to the paparazzi so they could have a little shade, a cooler of beer and sandwiches while they're camping out.
If Ben wanted to be a jerk about this there are a lot of ways he could go about it, instead I think he's being very civil by evicting her thru the legal system.

By the way...........for a woman that doesn't go outside or open her blinds she certainly has a great sun tan!!!

Did you grow up in a household where rampant drug use was prevalent?
I didn%u2019t, but I can certainly see where one could easily draw the conclusion that we learn by experience, and children more particularly learn by seeing.

ANS has no doubt been dropping pills longer then some of us have been alive, so it shouldn%u2019t be a far expectation that Daniel, after watching that his whole life, would feel that it was okay.

With regard to that interview, that bitch couldn%u2019t have been crying anymore crocodile tears if she actually had had crocodiles falling from her eyes.

Now, we all know ANS cannot act to save her life, and that interview was further evidence of that fact.

I read once, that CIA operatives use a simple (Body Language) technique to learn if someone is lying. Years ago, a study was conducted by local authorities, FBI, and CIA to see if they could tell who was lying after watching a series of tapes. The CIA agents who participated had the highest accuracy. I can%u2019t recall the exact number but anyway, the reason they were so successful was this:
They knew that when someone is trying to remember something that actually happened they tend to look down, and to the right.

When someone is trying to think of a lie, or remember something that didn%u2019t happen, they tend to look down, and to the left.

Watch that interview again, and pay attention to how often her and HKS look down, and to the left.

And lastly, in all of those moments where she is soooooo upset "crying" did anyone actually bother to count the number of tears?
I did...4. Four F-ing tears and a whole lotta sniffles.

Sh*t, I can think of when my childhood dog died and summon more then 4 tears.
You folks who believe that she is "just a victim of circumstance" should seriously look into this bridge I have for sale.

ANS is a ( mentally) sick human being...and a drug addict...i believe she may have given her son drugs, not knowing he was taking "other" medications..the end result being his untimely death. .I feel sorry for the new baby. HKS is covering up for ANS as she IS the $ train...no one gives a damn about him. This story has turned into a 3ring circus and the public is now having all of this information shoved down our throats. What a sad mess this woman has made of her life, and the lives around her. Get the baby tested, for drugs,and get her into a normal loving home so she has some sort of a normal beginning of life,(before another tragedy occurs)

20. I myself viewed ANS interview last night on Entertainment Tonight.
I was just SHOCKED with both her and Howard Stern's inexcusable explanations!!
Yes they did give us what, a couple of answers to many of the questions a majority of us all are asking. But they were obviously fabricated compared to what was said (by howard) right after Danny's death. THAT WAS THE MOST WASTED AND UNEXCUSABLE INTERVIEW I HAVE EVER WITNESSED IN MY LIFE TIME, WEIGHING ALL THAT HAS GONE DOWN SINCE THE DEATH OF DANNY. I do not wish harm on ANS, but come on folks! Don't you think there are too many suspicious wrong doings on her part as far as why, where and who gave access of these prescribed medications to a 20 year old young man? And how in the world did it become such an excessive overdose as it was analyzed of being? Why does she continue to battle a previous lover over a house she claims to be hers as a gift when he obviously has documentation of it not being so?
She needs to get a grip! Get into a rehab somewhere and dry out from her highly addiction/dependency of drugs. Make sure that precious baby girl is in the caring hands of someone who is physically and mentally capable of taking care of her.
AND FOR GOD'S SAKE, STOP FEEDING OFF THE FINANCIAL WELFARE OF MEN, AND OR OTHERS IN GENERAL.
I say ANS needs to step up to the plate and admit any or all of her wrong doings to clear the air so she could maybe make a fresh start for herself and her daughter.
I am so sick and tired of her claiming innocence to the mess she has gotten herself or allowed herself into. I say initiate some mature and adult like responsibilities for her sickening behavior.

I know that Sternass had something to do with it....why was it not reported that he and Daniel had anomosity towards eachother...I belive Stern wanted Daniel "out of the way"....wake up and get of the drugs you stupid (*&^%$......Howard is controlling your every move and caused your sons death!

23. An overdose of Methadone can kill a person within minutes from respiratory arrest. It DOES NOT have to "build up" in a person's system. It's a drug that keeps on giving in that it lasts for 48-72 hours in the body; Narcan has to be given repeatedly over that time or the person will go into narcotic o.d. all over again. It is an extremely dangerous drug when not used properly and most certainly should never be used without being prescribed. I fail to see how anyone can feel sorry for Anna Nicole when it will likely be proven she, or Stern, supplied Daniel with the drugs that killed him.

25. I think it's horrible how everyone has been just tyrading Anna Nicole. Whether you like her or not (cuase I'm not exactly a fan of hers) give her a break. She just lost her son, her first born. They could have tried a series of antidepressants, and since everyone's metabolism is different, they stay in someone's body for a long period of time because it's all about cumulative affect. One common side effect of all of the andepressants is a racing heart and insomnia. Daniel was probably so tired that he wanted to sleep and couldn't. Maybe he had an old Methadone prescription for back pain --it IS not at all uncommon to be prescribed methadone for chronic pain. Larry Birkhead is the pappazzari and is out for money and publicity. If he was so concerned why didn't he get a lawyer while she was pregnant? If he was so worried about "his" baby and methadone why didn't he intervene when it could have made a difference? (presuming she actually was taking methadone). You don't get over a loss of a child quickly--it's probably just sinking in.

29. 22 & 25, We wouldn't be hear commenting if she hadn't put herself into the celebrity life in the first place. ANS & HKS were the ones that wanted to do that interview and, you bet they are being held up to scrutiny. I believe the people on this site are trying to get to the truth. I know I am. I really liked ANS before this, even with her quirky ways, but this whole thing just reeks of subterfuge & criminality. I, too, think it's odd that Howard is so close to Anna now, and I wonder what he may be holding over her. After all, she's the one who called him a "creep". Also, she sure was having fun during that 'commitment ceremony' and now we see her phony tears? Pleez....
