196. Tru.....I had asked why was Howard, Ana`s last choice to sign the birth certificate...........You suggest perhaps because Howard and Anna did not want to reveal him to be the father because of leagal ethics concerning Howad, Anna & the Marshal Estate.

I just wanted you all to think about that for a minute and see the way she handled it DID FAR MORE DAMAGE AS TO HER CHARACTER.........than if she had either made Howard her first choice or better yet HAD NO SIGNITURE ON THE B/C.

The real key word hear is DRUGS!! I am sure attorneys, handlers, clients such as TrimSpa, Howard.......... .......EVERYONE have told her DRUGS DO NOT JUST KILL PEOPLE THEY KILL CAREERS..........THEY KILL OPPURTUNITYS.......CHANCES (as in the MARSHAL LAW SUIT).........In Anna`s mind covering up the drug issues IS WAY UP HIGH AND PROBABLY ON THE TOP OF HER PRIORITY LIST!!! SHE BELIVES THAT IS WHAT WILL KEEP HER AFLOAT AND ABLE CONTINUE WITH THE DRUGS! We have to remember Anna does not have much in the way as to education and then add to that the damage caused by the years of drug use....the desire for more drugs....she does not exactly think rationally.

I feel Howard and Anna thought if they named some one besides Larry Birkhead on the B/C.....hopefully Ben......Larry would just give up the fight.......no DNA.....No Drug test.. That may have worked, OR AT LEAST KEPT LARRY AT BAY A LITTLE!! BUT DANIEL`S DEATH CHANGED EVERYTHING!! ESPICIALLY THE MENTION OF METHADONE.......... That is probably what made Larry`s ears pirk up and him think.........ONE KID IS DEAD HERE SO WAIT A MINUTE WHAT ABOUT MY KID...............ANOTHER THING THAT HAPPENED WAS HOWARD GOING ON LARRY KING claiming to be the father............NO ONE bought that and espicially not Larry Birkhead................

ANOTHER thing to mention is the fact that Larry B, signed a confidentiallity clause for 10 MILLION DOLLARS when he was seeing Anna...........Larry and Anna probably thought that would also stop Larry from coming forward.........but again DANIEL`S death changed everything........once there was a question as to the safety of Dannielynn......he had a right and perhaps even an obligation to come forward with what he knew concerning the safety of Danniellynn.

I belive The B/C, THE HOUSE ,THE COMMITMENT CEROMONY ALL THE CITIZENSHIP
ISSUES ...... WERE ALL PLANED OUT BEFORE HAND! BY CONTINUING ON WITH THEIR CROOKED WAYS, IN LIGHT OF DANIEL`S DEATH, JUST MAKES THEM LOOK ALL THE MORE SINISTER IN NOT JUST THE EYES OF THE PUBLIC.......BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY THE EYES OF THE LAW!!!!!!!

Daniel`s death and Anna`s actions in the days to follow also caused a lot of people who know her to start comparing notes. Larry, Ben, Laurie........another thing Anna did not count on...........

think ONE DRUG COVER-UP AFTER ANOTHER IS AT THE ROOT OF ALL THIS!
THEY REALLY NEED TO COME CLEAN AT THIS POINT!! GET OUT OF THAT HOUSE AND DO THE DNA!! PERHAPS THEY CAN RECOUP SOME DIGNITY BEFORE THEY END UP IN THE TRIAL OF THEIR LIFE!!!!

IF THEY HAD NOTHING DIRECTLY TO DO WITH DANIEL`S DEATH IT REALLY WOULD BE A HUGE SHAME IF THEY ENDED UP ON TRIALTHERE BECAUSE OF ALL THESE OTHER STUPID STUNTS!!!!

197. Tru~ If I may offer another explanation about the whole HKS as the baby's father? If ANS had NOT named anyone on the birth certificate, or had listed the father as "unknown", that would have been reported in the media and LB, I believe, would still have come forward to claim the baby. So I think maybe they did list HKS as the "presumed father" because they wanted to avoid the very questions about the baby's paternity that have arisen anyway. Someone said something about HKS not being the ATTY to represent ANS anymore, with the Marshall estate litigation. If this is true, then they wouldnt necessarily have worried about "conflict of interest", and its possible that they still think ANS has a chance of winning some of JHM's money.

I, like most of us here, have NO IDEA what could be running through ANS head at this time. If she is the delusional narcissist everyone believes she is, it is entirely possible that she sees herself as some huge victim, which is what the ET interviews seem to show. I have stated before that IMO, I dont think ANS should be hanged because of her antics, but I DO think the woman needs serious help. And I do mean SERIOUS. I still think SOMEONE, a family member or friend, should intervene on her behalf and try to get her involuntarily committed.

AJ.......Exactly......that is also what I meant when I asked why did she have to name anyone on that certificate..........if you look at it from the Marshal stand point she would of been better off to leave the daddy unknown than create a list of bed partners for the world to see.............On the other hand from the DNA side of it..........she assumed by naming a father LB would maybe just back off. HOWEVER by skating past the DNA and a possible POSITIVE DRUG TEST..........In the Marshal trial that might also make her look better as far as DRUGS go. You are right about the conflict of interest. NOW if Howard WERE part of her team of lawyers he would just be dropped and have his own troubles with California Bar..........however it would not affect any monies awarded to Anna..........in other words not her problem....HIS PROBLEM. Howard was last choice on certificate probably and mainly because of exactly what has happened.........No one is buying it. All you have to do is watch Larry King interview or at least read it..........DANIEL`S DEATH CHANGED EVERTHING AND JUST MADE THEM BOTH LOOK HEARTLESS!!

I just have a bad feeling on how the death investigation is going to go concerning Howard. If there is going to be a trial I just want it to be fair.............I really can see Anna turning on him when quite possibly she is the one who should pay.......HUNG NO...........but if convicted jail time...........
We shall see!

I have had it with this Howard once and for all!
Does anyone know how to get a hold of Howard`s parents and sister? I would like to know if that is the way they raised him! How would he feel if someone did that to his parents and just turned around and laughed in their face? He thinks he is on another planet and forgot he has family back here. Do they even think that baby is their grand kid? Did he con them with his bull? Or do they know him well enough to see right through his cons like we all do? Did he cheat his way through law school? Who paid for his law school?

200. Notice in the recent Associated Press article about Anna getting the electricity turned back on (temporarily, until the judge rules that she does NOT own the Horizons home), that Anna’s Bahamian attorney Wayne Munroe stated AGAIN that Anna “is house hunting”.

Anna cannot produce a sales RECEIPT showing that SHE paid anybody for the Horizons home, and cannot produce a “GIFT” receipt for it either. The conveyance document that Howard alludes to is an INcomplete document that was never officially stamped and filed at the courthouse because Anna never paid Ben Thompson like she promised.

WHY is Anna “house hunting” if she is so certain that she already owns the Horizon home that Ben Thompson wants her out of?????? How many houses does she need to own in the Bahamas????

If they are “house hunting” as backup Plan B, when the judge rules that she does NOT own the Horizons home, that speaks volumes about the attorney’s LACK of confidence in the case he is trying to weasel through the Bahamian court system. It says loud and clear that he KNOWS Anna does NOT own the Horizons home, and NEEDS to find another Bahamian home.

And Anna and Howard are STILL NOT paying their bills ….. does that mean the Bahamian utility companies are being forced to provide FREE utilities? The utility companies should SUE Anna and Howard to get their services paid for, like every other human being has to do.

I believe Cyril Wecht, the pathologist, is going to have to SUE Anna to get paid, along with the hospital and funeral home SUING to get paid. Anna said in her own words, she “has NO MONEY in the Bahamas”.

Michael Scott, the attorney that quit on Anna, is probably going to have to SUE his former client also, to get paid for his services

203. Larry Birkhead did a nice job of portraying the kind, soft spoken man he is. We have worked with Larry in the past and he's professional and will have no problems with character witnesses in the custody battle.

Larry has always been a genuine guy with a very big heart and we all wish him the very best, he certainly will make a great father to his little girl. Larry may not be the richest guy in the world but when it comes to love he's quite wealthy and will give it all his daughter. That is one lucky little girl to have him for a daddy, now they just need to be united so they can begin the bonding process.

Larry you have our best wishes.
