76. dear " duke " the anology that is refered to is a simple one , i can see how " Skank" does not believe you are who you pretend to be ...I will explain it to you as it appears that your "masters" was not in 11th grade logic . The "gun" is the "methodone" and ANS either left the "gun " on the table or gave the " gun" to her son ie. therefore she is either part or fully responsible for his death . Although I do not agree with the capital letters I do find the point was wonderfully displayed by " Skank" and the anology was simply enough that a grand jury should be forming right now . As for you "duke" I think I find it amazing that you could not draw this from such a simply analogy ...simple put "duke" you are a fake !

79. DUKE, from what my doc told me the overdose would of had to of happend close to the time of death? From your expierences do you agree w/ this? If you have already addressed this, sorry I missed it and am just catching up. Do you know anything about the availibility of methadone in the Bahamas?

80. There seems to be a lack of focus on the baby in this case. I would like to see the baby removed from all of these freaks and given to a good family in a good home and receive a good childhood and a good education -- which is something that is not in the picture at this time. None of the players in this screwed-up game are fit to even be in the same room with a baby.

81. The Duke..........You are partially right. Methadone is used to keep opiate addicts from withdrawing. However, it should be used short term only. Otherwise, they are becoming dependant on another drug. Drug rehad facilities are FULL of methadone users. Check that out. I worked in a drug rehab and saw first hand the methadone addicts, and yes, you can get a "buzz" off of methadone. Not a high like opiates but, a buzz like from taking Xanax or Valium. The high from methadone will most likely make you pass out!

Owl...I am so glad to finally have you on the board! These people were pissing me off before you got here! Also, I too have never heard or read anything about LB having another child! BS.........What did you think of tonight interview on ET?

83. Attorney Opri says she has no idea how Laurie Payne`s sworn and sealed declaration was leaked to TMZ........says she heres this kind of leaks happen all the time, however never to her. Opri says this did not help Birkheads case if anything it may have hurt since she has THREE more witnesses in line who are a more hesitant now.

84. Methadone is a man-made narcotic. It is addictive. It is used to treat heroin addictions, but it is also used as a pain reliever and was created as one that was less addicting (well, with less side-effects), and cheaper than Morphine.

Please, don't take my word for it. Don't take Duke's. Go look it up on WedMD or Drugs.com or wherever you prefer to get information on prescription drugs.

I was very disappointed at the ONE-sided view they choose to display for the broadcast. They TIP TOED over all the most crucial questions. !! Hello ??? How about questions like this for starters :

Methodone, paternity test, conspiricy and fraud charges, eviction, pending drug allegations during your pegnancy. You know ......things like that.. Dahh... Let's get real here. Can we say 'FAVORTISM " all together ? I wasn't impressed.

I found it to be very BIASED and the interview questions were limited They lacked any new information.

I'm sorry. But by displaying Anna's tears.....while she tries to explain why she JUST COULDN'T BURY HER SON .......just made sick. Once again shes tending to her own selfish needs before her child. It was suppose to be about DANIEL A respectable and honerable passing in a timely fashion , is what he deserved.

The right thing would have been ....AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN ....Daniel's needs BEFORE her's. Anyone who defends her . Should not be a parent. That is one of the reasons our society is so f***ed up. Too many children and not enough guidence. Let's not let it happen again. The more people talk about it.......the less likely another loss of life occur.

86. I for one am glad they did that interveiw.............most people under such scrutiny have enough brains or better attorneys to know better. 89. Whoever else watched the ET interview .... did anyone else see what Wise Old Owl saw about Mark reading positive comments from viewers to Anna? I did not see this, and it's driving me nuts trying to figure out how I missed that part? There have been 2 nights of the ET interview so far (Thursday and Friday). W.O.W. which night did the comments from viewers piece air??? I'm wondering if you saw a teaser for the next ET interview installment that we won't see until Monday??? Is that possible? Did they show this clip on the TODAY show, or Good Morning America, or the Insider????

Seems to me that Mark would not confront Anna with any negative comments from viewers because that would open up a more serious line of questioning, and ET's Mark Steines was obviously not goin there.

Who knows .... maybe HKS made ET sign a contract to not ask certain questions during the interview, as a stipulation to selling them the rights to the photos and video of Anna????

Writing to ET is probably a waste of time and emotion in the final analysis.
The did the interview they planned to do and nothing is going to change that now.
They choose to pander to Anna and Howard and won't change course.
We are not going to see a fair and unbiased view on ET .... it's a fact.

Why didn't Anna and Howie go back to Larry King Live for their feel-sorry-for-Anna interview?? Huh? Maybe cuz LK wouldn't be manipulated like ET's Mark Steines was?

We will get a more unbiased view of things AFTER the custody hearing on Wednesday. I just hope it does not get postponed AGAIN.

90. Cheyenne are you a close friend or family member of Larry Birkhead? If you aren't then how would you know that Larry would be a great full-time dad? This is a two month old infant he would be in the care of, and would still have to work because of his profession all kinds of hours day and night. He would take care of her. The child needs a mother.
