76. The guy's obviously a sick-o who shouldn't be on the streets. But Hilary Duff? I just want to see Madonna and Britney Spears french-kiss again.

77. I know that there are reasons that it is not easy to get protection orders, restraining orders, and things of this type. Because of the fact that it is a threat like this why do the courts not make it easier to get an "expedited temporary order?" This would grant the same protection as a permenant one and is just as enforcable but would require "proof of cause" to extend it, renew it, or be granted a permenant one in a required amount of time, or the original filing would be relinquished. In this way there would be a protection order in place and be able to be enforced by the police, as well as private security, and give the person(s) who are being targeted some feeling of safety, albeit one on a temporary basis if not proved. Too many crazy and relentless fans as well as irrational citizens have stepped over the line into stalkers and predatory animals to let this problem go unanswered no matter who the target is and in what community they live. Erring on the side of caution is much more preferrable to dying or being injured because of lacksidasical whims, temporarily unjustifiable cause, and abhorant restrictions imposed upon the targets of such maniacal people. Solve the problem with easier issued temporary restraining orders and enforce them against the creeps of society.

78. That sicko needed to be removed. It doesn't matter who he has threatened. Anybody who threatens the life of another person should be put away in prison for a long time. In the case of stalkers, they should register with authorites like sex offenders; which stalkers are, by the way; and be monitored once they have served their time. Stalkers are as dangerous as pedophiles and they cannot change their behavior, just like pedophiles. In this case, this sicko should go to prison a long time and be deported as soon as he gets out.
