33. Finally, she got a brain! I'm not exactly a fan, but, comparing her to the other "Pop Divas" out there, who collectively don't have one brain, Britney dumping that white trash, wannabe, is probably the best decision she's made in a very long time. I'm still trying to figure out WHY someone with her popularity would even hook up with someone like him. She certainly had to have her pick of the litter in men, why she chose a wanna be player, and leech is beyond me. Now if she is smart she will continue her career with class and put this huge mistake behind her. I just hope she doesn't go crazy and is seen partying at every hot spot on the map, like she doesn't have a care in the world, because she does have two children now. Doesn't matter if she is still very young, she has to act like she's got some very big reponsibilities. She can't possibly be like the old Britney, she has to invent a new Britney. Her image should reflect someone who has matured, but of course is still sexy as ever. Still think she can't sing to save her life, but she's got something that sells. As far as "he's" concerned, he'll probably just continue living his wanna be lifestyle, until the $30,000 a month (Britney has to pay him, for about one year) runs out. I'm sure he'll be livin it up like he's a player and then he'll crawl back under that rock he came from. I hope her next choice in a husband is better than her last! Good luck with that.

38. I was SO FREAKING HAPPY to see these headlines.....

WHOOHOOO!! I knew her children would make her stronger and she would get the courage to KICK HIM TO THE CURB! I think she was planning to do it right before she got preggers with the second little one....then things changed and she tried to make one last go of it. She made the effort for her kids...that is commendable, but now it is time for her to GET ON WITH the rest of her life WITHOUT the baggage of K-Federlump.

I don't care if she sings her heart out, or retires and becomes a full time mommy, I am just happy to see her getting her life BACK without the loser taking what she worked so hard for.

Whatever their issues, the demise of a marriage -- especially when there are two children involved -- is always sad. It just proves, once again, how immature she really is.

41. There is nothing sad at all about the demise of this marriage. Kids or not, K-Fag was a total free-loading, gold-digging, no good loser. Not to mention that he left a pregnant girlfriend and a child for the greener pastures of Britney's money and his wannabe pimp lifestyle. It was the total demise of Britney and there is NO way she will ever get back to where sh once belonged. The good news is now Shar Jackson can at least sue him for child support from his spousal support, from Britney. Poetic Justice?

People are so uptight these days.
Tons of families across the nation have 2 income households where the mother works-as in, she spends 8 hours away away from her kids. Why are people STILL sensitive to this arrangement?
Daycare is a huge industry. Britney will probably hire back the manny (male nanny) that made Kevin so insecure. But as long as the kid is around a positive, giving, caretaker, what do you care anyway? That is why Britney is trying to get sole custody-Kevin Sucks! Not only that, but she no longer has to support his other children with Shar Jackson-which means Shar and Kevin most likely will have to work out a new arrangement with his OTHER kids.

Britney Spears did the stay at home thing for a long time-give her a break! Yes shes made some retarded moves, but shes not exactly Anna Nicole.

Willa ford is a K-Fed- Used nick carter to land her 15 minutes- And she is lucky to even on Dancing with the stars. Lucky for them children were not involved.

45. Um, forgive me for arguing semantics here, but "newly single"? She's still married, thus NOT single. That is one of the things that irritates me the most about H-wood marriages, the idea that when you don't want to be married anymore you can run around and screw anyone you want because YOU decided you aren't married. Why the hell would you get married in the first place if you don't have enough respect to keep it in your pants until the divorce is final?!
