Picture this -- Nick Lachey partying with his hot girlfriend in Las Vegas. Who wouldn't crack a smile? Well, from what we can tell, the answer would be Nick. 
Cameras caught Lachey scowling as girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo celebrated her birthday at TAO Nightclub this weekend. Lachey arrived late at around 1:30 AM, missing dinner, and we're told they left together at 3 AM.
Is there trouble in paradise or is it just an off night for Nick? You decide.

i saw plenty of other pictures from the b day party night.. in the other pics he was smiling and having fun.. kissing vanessa, having a great time.... so your printing like one of the few he's not smiling in and saying they are having problems.. he looks like hes looking at something on stage or whatever also shes not a rebound he went out with a few others before her.... i think they are so adorable

Okay, TMZ had to do some major eliminating of pics for this post. I've seen tons of these pictures, from this event - all happy. ok first of all the man did love Jess, if he didn't he would not have helped the way he did with her sloppiness. Most men would have been like yeah i am out of here but he stood by her and helped , even got her an new closet and every thing organised second of all. nick was jess' first real love she was bound to leave and go see what was out there. big mistake on her part. I think nick is still a very handsome man and he is not balding and he does not have BIGPORES. jesus christ is that all yall know is vanity there is more to a person then his looks and he romanced jess every chance he got so get off all yall';s high horses yes he still loves her it shows in his music but what can he do , nothing but get over it and that is what yall need to do too.

My Friends think she looks like a Teenage boy . I thought she had a cute face but on closer inspection it has man-leanings . Nick should take his time before jumping head first into another relationship. Nick should spend some time alone and figure out exactly what he wants out of life.
Face it, the poor guy got f***ed over by the talent-less Jessica and her father.
Nick should stop looking at Hollywood type women and find himself an old-fashioned girl who will love him for who is is, can cook, clean, do laundry, and not treat him life dirt under her feet.

OK...I voted "NO" before I looked at all the pics. If you look at ALL the pics...which were more than a few seconds apart, you will see that something is most definitely wrong with Nick. In the later pics, even Vanessa looks like his bad mood rubs off on her.
Having said that, who knows what happened? This *IS* his first birthday without Jessica for several years, and the anniversary of their breakup is rapidly approaching. Maybe he just got a little nostalgic or depressed or something. It might not necessarily be a reflection of his relationship with Vanessa. The guy has been through a lot in the last year.
Regardless, he's still hot! WOOHOO!
