Picture this -- Nick Lachey partying with his hot girlfriend in Las Vegas. Who wouldn't crack a smile? Well, from what we can tell, the answer would be Nick. 
Cameras caught Lachey scowling as girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo celebrated her birthday at TAO Nightclub this weekend. Lachey arrived late at around 1:30 AM, missing dinner, and we're told they left together at 3 AM.
Is there trouble in paradise or is it just an off night for Nick? You decide.

I just don't think Vanessa is right for nick. She comes off as a slut & is using Nick for fame and money. she's a nothing and Jessica was gorgeous & had an amazing body. you can't even compare the two. Jessica wins 100-1!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TMZ, I'm disappointed, that your site is trying to start drama between Nick and Vanessa, when there isn't any to begin with. The man had a CONCERT prior before coming to TAO, but you fail to mention that. You also fail to show the other pics that have circulated from that night of them embracing and his hand on her butt. How conveinent that this "trouble in paradise" story comes AFTER all the rumored talk of them getting engaged.

Nick doesn't want Jessica back. Why? He has the precious gift of hindsight and he is a smart guy. He's actually a pretty articulate and very funny if you've listened to some of his recent radio interviews promoting WLOM. Unfortunately, no one really got to see this side of Nick on Newlyweds. The divorce was probably the worst and the best thing that happened to him. Worst..because when is divorce easy? No matter the circumstance (this one had some bad stuff going on) it takes a part of your soul and leaves you empty. Best because, it allowed him to take risks professionally and personally. He seems a better person because of that. His relationship with Vanessa seems very real and special because he seems to take great pains to protect it and guard it.

He's way better off with Vanessa. Jess was a cold hearted, spoiled brat! He's such a sweet down to earth guy. Vanessa's more his type. Jess is a high maintance kind of girl. Its all about her! I wish Nick and Vanessa all the happiness and I hope they make it!!!

I agree with other posters that TMZ must have had a slow news day. Nick and Vanessa seem happy together. Theres a darling pic of them on People.com in Las Vegas having dinner and smiling for the cameras.
No matter what the outcome of their relationship, I'm glad Vanessa helped Nick get over the no-talent, fame-loving Jessica. If you read any entertainment-site blogs, the majority of people can't stand her. Nick will survive and thrive because he is genuine and people know it.
