47. She's prolly breastfeeding. When I breastfed my babies, there was a time or two I would not pump so I looked larger and fuller in a cute outfit. Ans no she doesnt have to wear bulky breast pads, just lilypads, all the stars wear them. I went from a B to an E, so who knows... i would lean moretowards thinking she had a tummy tuck... but she could have just worked had for awhile after her c- section and watched herself more during pregnancy.

58. She just had a baby 2 months ago!! Ummm, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that she still has milk in her breasts. Even if she did have implants there are breast implant procedures done that will give a woman a greater chance of being able to breastfeed, by placing the implant behing the muscle and not cutting out important tissue and ducts. My best friend had implants and breastfeed's just fine! Do your homwork! ;-) Britney looks lovely!
