Many women with implants breast feed with no problems. the implant never touches the breast tissue. The only time the breast tissue is removed is due to cancer and its called a mastectomy. Read up on plastic surgery before you type stupid info.

Brittany looks pretty nice for a woman just having a baby a month ago, that being said... Celebrities have access to a lot of things (personal trainers/surgery etc.) which allow them to bounce back into shape, if your not genetically blessed with the ability to do so on your own within a month, so I don't really give her the same credit I would an average American woman... There seem to be so many Brittany haters out there... Jealousy is a motha F***KER. She will bounce back, she will look great again, she's still young enough to do so. I work in a plastic surgery center. and I'm telling ya those are obviously fake breasts. My god people, you can see the obvious outline of the implants. Those aren't milk swollen breasts.
