THE POOR GIRL ADMITTED SHE HAS SOME FORM OF A PROBLEM WHETHER IT'S AN ACTUAL EATING DISORDER OR SOMETHING ELSE PEOPLE SHOULD LEAVE HER ALONE AND LET HER GET HERSELF TOGETHER.SHE JUST STARTED GETTING TREATMENT WHICH MEANS THE WEIGHT GAIN IS GOING TO BE A GRADUAL THING. 71. My heart goes out to Nicole. Where have her so called "loved ones" been that she was allowed to get this bad in the first place? Where are her REAL friends? Why didn't they intervene instead of compete with her to see who could be the thinnest? When my teenage daughter saw this photo and said "I would give anything to look like that", I thought I heard my heart break.

Shame on all of Hollywood! If this is the image you want to display, send me to a place where us average folk have a chance.

73. Frankly, I don't give a rat's rump about Nicole Ritchie, Paris Hilton, or any other rich spoiled brat. However, she is a good example of how the media can manipulate people (both the "beautiful" people and the rest of us). Since she will probably accomplish nothing in her life except self-gratification, maybe she can cancel a nail appointment and volunteer to help other girls with eating disorders. Can anyone not see how horrible she looks?!?!? I agree with most of the other posters--yes, she still looks like sh**, she was NOT plump before (but looked healthy and normal), and I too vote boob job (she's not wearing a push-up or any other bra in the photo).

74. I think she looks better.. still thin, but gaining a little weight in the face and chest area... guys, what are all the bitchy comments for?! She's trying to be healthier, and all the negative attention can't help.. and TMZ, shame on you for labeling a picture of her at her HEALTHY size "Plump"!!! That doesn't help matters at all! She already has all the stress of being a star, plus the fact that her dad is too.. the feuds with Paris Hilton, the drama with her on again/off again fiancee, DJ AM, and then...You tell an average, even on the small sized-girl, that she's "plump", multiply that by all the media attention, and then act surprised when she gets an eating disorder!? Seriously, guys... come on.
