91. She looks really pretty. I don't think she got a boob job. I think she's actually gained weight. Her chest bones are less visible. And her boobs may have gotten bigger, but that's what happens when you gain weight. Her face looks really healthy. Plus, do u actually think a doctor would approve her for the surgery? No way!!

92. she might have went to rehab or got a boob job but it doesnt matter because she did gain a few pounds and her arms might look skiny but she is just staring to gain the weight back give her a break and time its not that easy to gain all that weight back the boob job doesnt matter because it is a start of a healthy looking nicole you people say boob job as something bad if the clebrity wants let them

Instead of trying to get the attention of the world from starving herself, her family needs to give her the love and attention she is so obviously craving and please help her!

95. I have to say this, the one thing I find weird if she does have an eating disorder she is very showy. Please don't take the wrong way I have 12 years now without binging or starving myself. I was 76 pounds when I was 18 years of age and then 84 pounds when I was 20. I was put in a few hospitals till finally found the right help. I have met alot of people with eating disorders and I look at her and as sick as it sounds I MISS IT. But i'm a much stronger person now. The thing is we hide are sickness because in our minds we are heavy even when we are skin and bones and we don't want people to see us. I am very puzzed by pictures I see of her. I really hope she gets the help she needs I have seen people die from this it is no laughing matter. Alot of people here are very cruel and very sick for the things I have read here. She a human being just like you, or your mom, sister, brother ect... GET IT

97. Perhaps the reason she's having so much trouble with her weight is the hordes of people telling her how terrible she looks all the time. When she's a healthy weight, there are pictures in the tabloids labeling her as fat. And when she lost too much weight, all of the tabloids are attacking her for being too skinny. Maybe if everyone would leave her alone she could figure herself out. Before you insult her, maybe take a look at yourself. If YOU'RE not utterly perfect, leave her alone.

98. All I want to say, please leave her alone, no need to get so deep into her business, I forgot freedoom of speach, just remember she isn't just an ordinnary girl, think about her dad. If you can say anything good about her just keep your mouth shut, better yet why don't you all say a prayer for her. I saw on Opra, Nicole is a very sweet, sensitive,smart and articulate young lady, She doesn't need this, not at all.

99. I do agree that it looks like she got breast implants but at least she's trying to gain weight. Maybe if the media would stop bombarding her with negative criticism, she would start gaining healthy weight instead of going under medical procedures that may be harmful and she might start thinking more about here health instead of trying to please the public.

102. JoJo, your comment #75, "She looks good. All you fatties are just jealous. Women should be thin!" makes me nearly sick. I suppose you are a teenage girl who wishes she could be just as skinny. Which is not really your fault. I know other young girls wishing they could be thinner than they are and although the peolple criticize it, it is not the girls' faults! It is the media's for showing pictures of girls like Nicole Richie when they are having problems instead of true role models like professional atheletes or many other people who are doing well at the moment. Shame on the people who write these stories. And I definitely do NOT agree with the PLUMP labeling! That is just cruel. You criticize the girl for being skinny, then call her previous figure wrong as well. Please find something better to do with your time than make fun of a girl with problems and give young girls models such as her at the same time.

Well, the way I see it is we people are animals (Homo Sapiens) and just like man's best friend, we come in different sizes , shapes, colors, etc. Just like if you love your dog as Nicole as Paris seems to love theirs, you want you pooch to be healthy. Not over or underweight - just healthy. There are teacup poodles and there are boxers. Different strokes for different folks.......
