17. You guys are so Loaded either on yourselves or drugs . I think a portion of you are also using Tamaflue . That said --This sucks . No one has a memory . It was a big thing a year ago but got crushed by the Tragic Storms . I do remember < and I do believe when you see this it will make you vomit . It happens the ball goes out of bounds and in the continual grappling , way out of bounds , kobe knocks the glasses off so hard they BREAK IN FLIGHT , kobes absorbed by nemesis on other team , this guy is stumbling next to him like a fly on an elephant .... . Kobe walks away and until someone else grabs him he thinks not much of it --the guy is dazed--maybe he's acting but the sh*t happens so fast . At the time I thought --LAWSUIT .Kobe turns around and gives him a " you OK " look and walks back on the court , kobe ,Hes' a self -absorbed idiot . I know all you laker fans writing nice things about him , God bless you but ...hes' no Gail Goodrich . he isn't as good as jordan . Hell he ain't Isiah thomas .hes' driven out alot' of talent out ---that is hurting the lakers ----- elsewhere .Really should pay this suit up if it is the one I remember . It was nasty and left a bad taste .I should know.

Not saying that I agree with this guy's claim, but a lot of you seem to think that filing a claim a year after the event is a big problem when really it is pretty standard - there is something called a Statute of Limitations and, depending on where the claim was filed and which parties are named in the action, the plaintiff actually may have up to 2 years (less a day) to file a claim. It seems like a long time but you don't just wake up one day and think "I'm going to file a claim" and march down to the courthouse to file it that same day. He may have retained a lawyer the very next day after the game but, for a number of different reasons, they may have chose not to file until now. As well, the lawyer representing him has to draft up the claim and file it, and that doesn't just automatically happen the minute you decide to sue someone. Bottom line - filing a year after the incident is not a big deal and won't have any bearing on this case. This isn't a criminal case that the DA is bringing to court that needs to be investigated as soon after the incident occured as possible, it's a civil case seeking monetary damages.

I'd be interested to see a video of the incident - I'm sure it will pop up online very quickly.

29. You have to know that there is a chance that the players might fall on you if you sit that close to the court. The should ban him an from the floor and make him sit in the nose bleed section.

Maybe Koby should have kept his pants on and he would not be out 5 million and a target for any mony seeking scum fan that comes along.
