Skin color does not make nationality. This country is made up of immigrants from all over the world. Most of you have English/Irish/German/Italian/Greek/Polish and many other nationalities where your relatives originally came from unless you are American Indian. Why don't you bigots go back to those countries where your ancestors came which is what you suggest Oprah does. If you judge people by the color of their skin then you will be judged by the content of your brain and will not get very high marks.

Second, for all you ignorant people on here saying that Oprah (learn how to spell it first before making hideous comments) is a anti-white person, yall must have not been watching her show for the past 15 years!!! All of the people in her audience is WHITE not BLACK except for maybe one or two black people who are there for the free gifts. All of this talk about black against white and vice versus needs to stop. Why are you so worried about how much money Oprah makes. 105. Wow! I just sat here and read everyone's comments and I just have to say....... How Disappointing. Not at all of the comments but enough to wonder about the state of our english dialect. Although some of the theories are very interesting and seem to be somewhat thought out.

I am black and I only tivo Oprah when she is discussing something I want to know ... I have never been an "Oprah Show" fan. I think regardless of her tax breaks, she does put her money (which lets face it, is allot) to good use. Even if its sponsorships.

I think that Tom has completely gone off point with FANS. I think we liked it better when his personal life was private. I think that he garnered respect for not putting every aspect of his personal life on display. But since he has gone in the opposite direction, it has left some of his diehard fans out in the cold. This wedding, this woman, his beautiful baby should have been private as well.

You know not getting invited to someone's wedding isn't the end of the world even if it's Toms. Seriously folks, do you think Oprah is somewhere crying her eyes out for not getting an invite? Do you think she has made it this far without knowing that by saying those comments about her skepticism if his sincerity towards his relationship would not garner her in invite? And do you think that Tom cares if everyone thinks this wedding is a farce?

When the day is done, Oprah will still be......... OPRAH and Tom will still be hoping nobody will care 10 yrs down the road that he is actually gay.

Last point..... I hope some of you are just as passionate about the war we are in and the fact that 3 soliders from the US armed services are being convicted today for raping a 14 year old Iraqi girl, killing her, then burning her body to cover up it up and THEN hatched a plan over a card game on how to kill her entire family - which they did, her father, mother and 4 year old sister.
