545. I think Brit is going out partying because she finally had enough nerve to dump K-fed, but she shouldn't be going to the embarrassing degree she's been doing. 555. Women surely can breastfeed after having implants, although women with implants tend to be more susceptible to engorgement, which can cause poor milk supply or breast inflammation. She just has bigger breasts from just having baby, & possible breastfeeding. She doesn't actually have to be home with baby to nurse, just pump the milk for when she's gone.
