301. As many have expressed, I am saddened by this exhibition of hate. Unfortunately it is indicative of the hearts and minds of many Americans today. Reading the simplistic and insensitive comments here bear withness to this clear and present sentiment. Let's look at the big picture. Many indicators suggest that American(s) are now more unpopular throughout the world then ever before. Certainly moreso now then in recent history. We no longer represent the ideal noble and benevolent democracy to the rest of the world. America, just as it's leadership, has been constantly exposed in the media as hypocritical, holding up a standard that we ourselves don't even maintain. This incident furthers such hypocracy. We need to step back and realize that when we support such behavior we only perpetuate the dissolvement of what has made America great. We are all here and invested. We've got to find a way to embrace our greatnes which is our diversity.

I am an African American male and a few years back I got into a shouting match with that asshole after he made a racist comment at the Comedy Store."Lets take all the niggers in the back and butt fuck em" is what he said exactly.If security did'nt get us out of there when they did you would'nt even be hearing about this idiot ! He only stated what MOST white people feel deeply. Atleast we've uncovered (through his own stupidity) another person that truly has a problem with black people (not AFRO-American) . I feel sorry for people like this only because their minds are not wrapped too tight to believe and feel so much hatred. 306. For all those reading these posts, please note that they are not in chronological order. Note the post number, time, and date. Perhaps these comments are being manipulated to promote further hatred, tension, misunderstanding, and miscommunication.

I have just read all of the posts presented by this site. For those who seek understanding, truth, knowledge, and (for the most part) accurate information - read post numbers (at the time of this writing - who knows what post numbers will be changed for the purpose of misunderstanding and miscommunication to maintain the sleep state of those not yet enlightened) 195, 203, 210, 226, 249, 259, and 264.

These 7 posts are informative in a positive way and use good examples to help illustrate similarities, differences, and accurate perspectives. Please THINK just a little deeper than your usual surface level. Challenge your brain (apply this statement is necessary). Seriously, many of us know the education system in the USA does not promote real thinking.

Black people (and the few white people who are truly decent): Please know that racism is alive and well and we have not come far at all. This is an illusion, for the true nature of racists is now hidden, but ever present. Never forget (no matter how many distractions are put before you, by those in control over various media, such as ignorant so-called entertainers, athletic and so-called "music" industry jesters alike who are hungry only for perceived power, fame, and money), NEVER FORGET what has been done to our people and is still being done to this very day. It affects us personally today because unlike the white-on-white evil perpetuated throughout history, old and recent, the white-on-black evil that has been and is being perpetuated was planned, plotted, and strategized and is constantly being updated. Why would you want to forget your murderer, your enemy? So they can come back to finish the job? Sure, the atrocities are horrific, but remain strong. Keep the memory of our struggles current, don't repress them as this leads to psychotic tendencies - as we are witnessing today. Don't under-estimate the enemy; he has a long history with a proven track record for pure evil, and not just in isolated time frames or among certain ethnic groups.

We are no longer physically chained, but we must break the chains of mental slavery, oppressed social thinking, denial of true cultural identity, depressed economic status, etc. And yes, even the black-on-black evil is part of the plan...why work so hard to keep us down when they can condition us, and have conditioned us, to do it for them? WAAAKE UUUP !!!

Educate your self. The white controlled education system has no interest whatsoever in providing Black people with true knowledge on any subject. For that matter, no white controlled system of any kind has good interest in Black people.

Anyone who thinks this post is off the topic of the White Jewish racist who just recently outted himself, THINK DEEPER for this post only barely highlights THE ROOT CAUSE BY WHITE DESIGN of the racial injustices rampantly occurring in this country this very minute.

Like I said, educate your self with true knowledge and right information. For if you do not take true education of yourself and yours into your own hands, you will be doomed to "niggerdom" - and this most certainly applies to ALL people!

307. If this was a black comedian there would be no coverage. Black comics have sets 10 times worse than this and no one says a word, becuase generally what they say is true, whites are awkward,nerdy, mostly lacking in style, blah blah blah. Thats fine with me, but when Richards or any other white comic points out the fact that many blacks are loud, violent, uneducated, uncivilized and vain..ooooh he's a racist. And maybe his true feelings spilled out in a moment of frustration, he should be demoized for being human? Lots of people feel harshly towards blacks, just watch ANY "Most Shocking Crimes Caught on Tape", COPS, the nightly news, BET, or any reality show showing survailence footage of crimes and after seeing hours of black men shooting, stabbing, raping, robbing, and murdering people all to a rap soundtrack you may understand these people's feelings. 308. I am always bemused when whites take it upon themselves to tell blacks what they should or shouldn't find offensive. What are we? Kids who need to be advised by our betters? I for one hold three university degrees and run a department consisting of forty employees and I know as do many black people that there is no word more offensive, more disgusting than the word 'nigger' and it doesn't matter who happens to be uttering it. Do those white commentators at pains to tell us that we are wrong to take offence at the use of this word honestly believe that we will happily accept their word on the subject and from henceforth smile whenever we hear the n word?

Michael Richards' himself reminded us of America's approach to race relations when he said that 50 years ago the heckler would have found themselves hanging unside down from a tree with a fork sticking out of their asses. I am here to tell Mr Richards' and his equally misguided followers that the days of blacks sitting at the back of the bus and taking whatever crap the white majority sees fit to dole out are well and truly over.

As for the word cracker, I think you will find it came after Richards had called them niggers and told them that fifty years ago they would have been hanging upside down in a tree with a fork stuck up their ass. And since when did the words cracker, redneck and even Canuck have the same historical assocations as the word nigger. How many Canadians were sold into slavery, beaten, raped and subjugated in the worse possible ways? You know if you are going to engage in a serious debate you really need to work out a reasoned and credible argument.

310. This guy Michael Richards aka Kramer just voiced a true statement, a true feelings what actually in most White peoples hearts and minds! This statistics may reflect to at least 70% of the total White population in this nation! Racism is a very serious wound in this nation but an evil spirited ignorant man like this just expressed it out in the open public! May be that is why it just not “Uncalled for”! That is actually a serious call for great things yet to be happened! This is a real wake up call for all! For all those who are still fighting to turn the clock back to the 50 years ago! That is why may be he had to mention that 50 years so much! I just do not see this picture in a comedy club taken by a cell phone camera, I see this picture everyday - everywhere in our daily walks of live in this nation! Yes! Martin Luther King’s dream is there yet to remain as a dream! Yes! 50 years gone by and that is not enough to heal this wound! It is still a serious wound in this nation and most of those people continue to try stirring that over ‘n over, again ‘n again! Yes! It is a very serious wound! Some time it comes in a form of comedy! Some time it comes in the form of hatred! Some time it comes in the result of elections, or in a voting booth, or in the job market, some time it comes in the form of patriotism by into preemptive war! Yes! we have seen so many wars in last 50 years! War against Crimes! War against Drugs! War against ……..! List can go on on…. Yes! You got to admit and sit back, think back to figure that out to find out the total number of Wars! How many wars that White House has declared in last 50 years? Do we really know? Why don’t we call it a “War House”! Did we really win a single war in last 50 years? What was the purpose of all those wars?

311. Richards made these comments out of anger - not in the spirit of comedy......That's the difference. When comedians talk about other races, etc., it is generally accepted, However Richards admitted that he made these statements in anger....So there is no justification or explanation that will suffice.

312. I don't condone Richards' incendiary rantings in any way. But Paul Rodriguez should also be censured for his remarks that if a person is not black and uses the n-word, they would have to answer to the public. That word is slander no matter who speaks it. Even if it was said by black people towards other blacks, whites or other ethnic groups. The word should be eradicated from any conversation or ranting.

313. First of all Sarah P., if you read comment #161, you would realize that it was a quote from an earlier post to me that I pasted and replied to, so read through it thoroghly. And what is your comment. Secondly, slavery did exist in the south and it was horrific. The US did not have the West at that time, they were just territories. I am glad that my family came to this country long after slavery was abolished. My family lived in NYC when they arrived. My ancestors were also slaves, and most never made it back. I am not trying to undermine slavery, but make a point that it has not been limited to one race and one nation. I know each race has suffered dearly at some point in history, I am a true believer in recognizing all people, respecting their cultures and trials and tribulations their ancestrial history has been subjected to. I do not focus on one culture for I come from a multi-cultural family and know first hand that not one culture, race, creed, religion or gender oriented person has suffered more than another. I believe everyone has their own crosses to bare and just because we may not know the history of a particular person does not mean we can say that name calling or making a mock reference to thier culture is not as offensive as the "N" word. It is as offensive. What Richard's did was wrong, and what those hecklers did was equally wrong. But to call someone a racist because they do not believe that one race has suffered more than another is ignorant and ethnocentric. If one studies world history as well as the history of the US, one would understand more about races and cultures outside their own.

314. RIchards made comments which are racist and very offensive to many of us including myself (white first generation immigrant to US). There is no justification for his racial rant and I find his words very repulsive. I also find the behavior of these hecklers offensive. Calling someone of other race "cracker" or "white boy" does not deserve a politically correct response. It is true those are not as offensive words as words used by Richards but are nevertheless racist remarks and should not be tolerated or ignored. Some say that these do not even compare but I have zero tolerance against any racism and both Richards and his heckler are racists in my eyes. They should be ashamed.
