274. Cheryl, Nancy Grace is well aware of all this, and so is Catherine Crier. Both have given their opinions, quite similar to the opinions of most of the bloggers, but I believe there is a gag order so that is why the DNA "go ahead" story was pulled yesterday and that's why not much is being said until the police move forward with their many tasks.

275. Should we place bets on the route this will take? I say the AG takes it and runs. Is an inquest really needed after the toxicology reports and the drug evidence were already found? That's a sincere question, but I think the answer is "No." I think it will take too long, and they already have their answers. I'm guessing that in light of the questionable welfare of the baby that the AG will file charges sooner. The police anticipate this and that's why they're giving the "It's out of our hands" answer. I think they're trying to work with California/U.S. for paternity testing, then get that baby's custody awarded temporarily to Larry Birkhead (assuming he's the father). They're going in, any minute, order in hand, to bring that baby in for testing. Birkhead asked for drug testing too, didn't he? If the authorities are smart and diligent, they'll keep a home supervisor there until the results come back, given the fact that her mother is an absconder from the law. And they'll test hair samples for drugs, immediately. When DNA comes back, Birkhead will have Dannielynn on an emergency, temporary basis, "until the custody matter is settled." That will, undoubtedly, become the permanent order.

Patty, you're right about the gag order. Obviously. But why hasn't TMZ deleted my recap of their prior story? I was testing them and it's still all there. Maybe they got it wrong? Maybe they don't care?

276. Man, you people are just so self-important. MOBsters, I am not particularly speaking to you, you and I seem to have made our peace, I am talking to the other idiots who have jumped on the bandwagon (with nothing of value to add), so please dont jump down my throat.
I am in no way associated with ANS or HKS. I have told y'all over and over again that I in NO WAY SUPPORT HKS OR ANS OR THEIR ANTICS. I wish you would get it through your heads, I have said over and over again that I am all for FAIRNESS!!! I woke up in America this morning, and almost every other morning of my entire life(except for a couple of vacations) and I believe that Hanging someone before trying them is WRONG!! i BELIEVE that ANS and HKS will be punished for whatever crimes they have committed; according to you, they are all but the WORST criminals in the world (which I don't agree with, there are worse out there).
It is my OPINION, based only on what I have read, and seen over the years on tv of ANS and Daniel, that if an INQUEST has been ordered, its because there is enough uncertainty as to what actually happened that night and there is doubt that a murder occured. I will not tell you my opinion, because I dont feel like listening to the backlash, but I DO NOT THINK THAT ANS AND HKS are murderers. I do not know if they should be held accountable, through negligence, for Daniel's death, but I do not believe anyone FED him pills.
I have asked over and over, Patty, where you got the information that there were 8 times the LETHAL dose of various medications in Daniel's system, and you have never provided the answer. I have read, and heard on TV, that he had 8 times the USUAL dose, which MAY or MAY NOT be lethal, I dont know because I have never done the research. I know that 8 times the usual dose for a LOT of different medications wont even have an adverse reaction in a lot of cases. (I am not attacking Patty, I was just asking a question).
I have not seen the inside of ANS' home, so I do not know if it has feces or urine in it. I have never seen the inside of ANY home that ANS has lived in, so I do not know if she is as great a slob as some say or not. I DO KNOW what I have seen, and that is that SO FAR, the authorities have left Dannielynn in the home and Dannielynn appears to be happy and healthy.
I too watched the interview on ET, with ANS and HKS, and yes, she DID SAY that she was on drugs when Daniel died, but I think y'all took it out of context, she said that anyone would be and that she had been sedated, leading me to believe that she meant she was on drugs AFTER DANIEL'S DEATH (regardless of the truth, this is what i believe she was SAYING). She also said that she is STILL under sedation, on and off (although she said "in and out" of), and that she expected to see a psychiatrist (for the depression and for anti-depressants) This is just the same thing as the yams and mushrooms things, I am 99% sure she meant that as two separate dishes, not one, but any person could be purposefully obtuse if they wanted to be.
I have said before, I am something of a Pollyanna, I WANT to believe the best of people. Living life seeing things as a "glass half empty" is a lousy way to live life, in my opinion ( and no, I am not constantly disappointed.). I WANT to believe that ANS will redeem herself. It doesnt look like she will but I HOPE in my heart that she will. About HKS, everyone seem to hate him and I could not personally care less about the man, he is what he is, and if ANS doesnt see it, or more likely, care, well, thats her tough luck if he sticks a knife in her back. Its not like any of US is stuck with that man. And if she goes to prison for life, and Dannielynn goes to WHOMEVER to be raised, and HKS is given the death penalty, will I be disappointed? No, because everyone gets what they deserve in the end. If they get off and NOTHING comes of all of your posts, investigations, phone calls and letters, will you be disappointed?
I did not have a chance to read the article that was pulled, although I have read the recaps. I dont know if I believe that LB would get Dannielynn on an "emergency " order or not, I believe she will go to the state because paternity has NOT

278. AJ. I appreciate your optimistic attitude; it makes for good balance. It is reported all over the place that Daniel had a lethal dose of methadone, ALONE, aside from the anti-depressants: 8 times the usual dose. It was reported on various media, last week. I'm not going to go pull it up, but it's there. The rest of it is immaterial, I think. I don't care if she's a filthy pig. But for argument's sake: How could she NOT be? Come on. Daniel's death was negligent homicide on ANS's part and deliberate homicide on HKS's part, with ANS obstructing justice from there: That's what I believe in my heart. If I were sitting on the jury, however, I would have to decide according to evidence. O.J. was acquitted too, remember. He was guilty as sin in the court of Public Opinion. When you depend on Public Opinion for your livelihood, you can't wish it away when you do bad things. Sorry, she can't have it both ways. But we'll never stop calling the 800-pound gorilla what it sure appears to be.

- professional decorator and “former” friend of Vickie Lynn – Bobby Trendy – says Vickie Lynn and Howard are “squatting” and “trespassing” and that Vickie Lynn has gone off the deep end, and she is not “normal”, “quite bizarre” and “different”, and “may” have been on meds of some kind.

- Pat Lalama, Investigative Reporter – says the California judge fully intends to order genetic testing on the baby. The next Hearing will be Dec. 13th where the judge is expected to make his ruling formal. (of course the stalling cowards will file appeals trying to drag it out even longer) This reporter says that Vickie Lynn tried to bribe Ben Thompson by saying she would pay for the Horizons house, IF he would sign the paternity papers and birth cert.

- Pat Lalama says she LIED about her criminal past on the Bahamian residency application, and said she had “none” – when it is documented that she has been arrested about five or six times over the last 15 years.

- Psychoanalyst Bethany Marshall – says Vickie Lynn and Howard are “pathological narcissists” – they think they are unique, above approach, play by their own rules, don’t have to obey rules like other people, and they view other people as OBJECTS to EXPLOIT (including her son Daniel and daughter Dannielynn). The psychoanalyst says that Vickie Lynn is exploiting the public with the Howard paternity schemes. It is a huge manipulation.

- Psychoanalyst Bethany Marshall – says Vickie Lynn has really poor insight into what the consequences of her actions are going to be, and Vickie Lynn has a sense of “entitlement”, where she believes she deserves to get things she did not work for, and she is a high level grifter. This Psychoanalyst says baby Dannielynn IS definitely being TRAUMATIZED by Vickie Lynn’s psychological state and the drama surrounding her.

- Psychoanalyst says Vickie Lynn is devastated at the loss of Daniel ….. BUT mainly because Daniel is no longer there to meet HER needs.

- Pat Brown, Criminal Profiler – says Vickie Lynn won’t do the DNA test because they know “darn well what the truth is”. Pat Brown says both Vickie Lynn and Howard are “opportunists” and they are using each other. He says that Vickie Lynn’s actions are NOT logical, that Vickie Lynn just loves attention and just grabs for the next thing, and if that doesn’t work, she LIES, and if that doesn’t work, she STEALS, and if that doesn’t work she CHEATS. It doesn’t matter to Vickie Lynn, because she has NO ETHICS or MORALS.

- Pat Brown says that to Vickie Lynn, there is no such thing as “bad press” – because it is all ATTENTION that Vickie Lynn craves. She needs people to pay attention to her day and night.

- Lisa Pinto, Journalist and former New York State Prosecutor – says there are child endangerment issues that a judge will look at. It is not good for Dannielynn to be in a house with an alleged drug addict mother, and mother’s first child died from drugs, and where the mother is selling the baby out on the media market to make a buck!

- Tia Brown of IN TOUCH WEEKLY says Vickie Lynn is making NO money, has no steady flow of income. The money she made off the interviews had taxes drawn from it and was also disbursed between all of her “team”.

282. Diego Mobstah..... :) I thought the interview was weird too.....how does an interviewer go from the death and trauma of losing a son, then "you look great, how did you lose all the weigh?" "By using TrimSpa and their YUMMY new chocolates!" What the heck, is the INTERVIEWER bi-polar as well? WTF?

AJ, I HAVE ANSWERED many times about the 8 times the lethal dose, and so have about 10 other posters...........Interesting you are using the same thing I said to Tru - "I have asked you the question several times and you've never provided the answer".......

Anyway, it was on Fox, CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, MNSBC, Catherine Crier and Nancy Grace. I'm not being ugly, I just have posted it all over, maybe you just hadn't seen the blogs.

Also, Anna had a C-section, a very routine surgery. Since the whole world saw it (once again, pimping out her kid for cash), she wouldn't still be being sedated by the hospital 3 days after birth. They try to get you up and walking and moving around so you AREN'T SO SORE. The more you lie still, the sorer you will be. So if she was drugged, Howard brought her her own stash or she packed it in her luggage. I would love to see them send in drug dogs in the house as they evicted these deadbeats.

BTW, given Anna's age, she's NOT pregnant again. First of all, it would be life risking because she just had a baby and her uterus would still be week. (If she THINKS she's pregnant, she would have had to miss a period which wouldn't have taken place for weeks after her delivery.) She's trying to use the pregnancy card to try to get public sympathy, of which there are about 10 people who feel sorry for her.

AJ, on ET and on CNN it was also reported about the condition that Anna left a couple of her residences in. One was when she stayed with a friend, and she thought nothing that her dogs were peeing and defecating all over the apartment, and her friend finally asked her to replace the carpets and kennel the dogs and Anna left, severed their friendship, and left her friend screwed. See a pattern?

283. Patty, I havent always watched ET and I try to NEVER watch CNN, they are one of the most biased news agencies out there. So I was unaware of how ANS left her friends homes regarding letting her animals poop and urinate in the house. But as I said before, LOTS of people are nasty that way, so this comes as no great surprise.

As far as the wording of "lethal" vs. "usual", I have read and heard the phrase "7 or 8 times the USUAL dose" whereas Patty has often posted "8 times the LETHAL dose", so I was just asking about the wording, I was not disputing the FACT.

If I have used similar phrasing, i guess its because either I read it that way, or thats the way ANYONE would say whatever it was I had said.

Also, regarding ANS being pregnant again, ever heard of "irish twins"? Children born less than 12 months apart? I have had several friends who have had children thisclose together, TWO of whom had had c-sections. So it CAN happen although I am sure no doctor would advocate it.

I have reached the point, personally, where I just wish something would HAPPEN, either way, good or bad. I dont mean I wish something bad would happen to Dannielynn, I mean, to ANS and HKS. I dont mean I want something BAD to happen to them, y'all know what I mean. Everything IS coming to a head, and like I have stated before, although I HOPE by some 11th hour miracle ANS will redeem herself, I am pretty sure she wont, so I just wish that whatever was going to happen, would.
