16. Walter, HIGH 5, I totally agree. I think Daniel was getting ready to come into his trust, starting to stand up to HKS (remember the "You've lived with my mom" comment) and then he arrives in the Bahamas. Now Anna has a new baby and it's basically 3 against 1.

My only fear is that Daniel did commit suicide the after the way that ANS is behaving, I mean - maybe he didn't realize till he got there that she and Howard were getting married, the house wasn't really theirs, etc. Could it be this was all dropped on him and it was just too much after all he'd been through already? God, I hope not, what a sweet kid. And the best revenge on HKS would have been to wait him out. We don't know how HKS treated Daniel other than teasing him about his sexuality. Maybe ANS turned on her fake hubby so he takes the fall. Maybe he'll believe the line "I'll bail you out." (snicker)

Well this is getting interesting, I think we will find out before December 13...Because someone will talk to the tabloids for a nice big paycheck...From what I read coming out of the bahamas they are not very liked or pitied for leaving Daneil in the funeral home so someone is going to talk....

19. You people are idiots. Anna and HKS are not suspects in anything! There is no crime here! You may be salivating over their every move, but the police don't care. Investigations and reports are common in accidential deaths, especially when it happens in a hospital. I know, I spent years working in hospitals. Lots of red tape. HKS is simply giving necessary information about Daniel.

The US is just SOOO interested in Anna Nicole. They love to hate her. But their husbands don't. LOL

21. It's very difficult to come up with the same answers WHEN YOU LIED ABOUT THEM FROM THE BEGINING. It's damn near impossible to remember every lie you told. That' will be his un -doing. It's obvious that the investigators are coming back to ask the same questions because " HKS answers just aren't adding up.
We all like the saying " That's my story and I'm sticking to it " But with HKS he is all over the map. He has double talked himself to death.

As far ANS goes. She has claimed " memory loss " from the begining so at least SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO REMEMBER ALL THE LIES SHE TOLD. But HKS does.

Trust me. Once you start lying to authorities about what happened during critical moments involving a death.............it's impossible to remember what you said.when they come back looking for the same answers.

Since your answers weren't true you have nothing to reference your answer to. ( I doubt he wrote down the lies he told right after he said them.........he isn't smart enough ) This is the begining of the END for both of them. I can't wait to see how he is going to squirm his way out of this one.

22. I think the whole world has a lot of questions for these two. Whether it was accidental or not, one or both of them have a hand in it. Anna is rarely sober and has been known to take methadone. And Howard, that man gives me the creeps. I have to say that I kind of think that sickofitall DOES kind of have it right. God forbid as bad as that sounds...

23. My theory....Howard K. Stern is responsible for Daniel's death and now is getting Anna hooked on drugs. Anyone see the interview she did recently with him - she was barely coherant - very strung out. The child is his - Anna dies of a drug overdose - the child and all Anna's money go to him.

24. I think Daniel helped himself to some of his mother's drugs, maybe trying to relax or sleep. If he needed some medical attention for a real problem, well he was in a hospital with a doc right there. Anna has been thru a terrible tradegy and no one knows what they'd do ... but she sure is strange. Its also very sad that someone else may be the baby's father and they are fighting the fact finding. Maybe Anna thinks she can pop a pill and puff all is well, until tomorrow that is!

25. Maggie, are you on crack? I spent years in hospitals myself.......and when someone dies of an overdose EIGHT TIMES the lethal amount to kill him of a controlled substance that was given to him by his mother and/or illegal husband, you can bet your ass there are SUSPECTS in his death. Are you kidding yourself? His death has been investigated by both Bahamian and US officials, they aren't taking it as "accidental" anymore. Get a clue.

27. Howard's plan and motive for nixing Daniel: 1. Howard is obsessed with Anna; 2. He's an incompetent attorney who believes in delusions (established at Marshal trial); 3. He wants to play house with Anna and L.B.'s baby; 4. He knew that his claim of paternity was a ticking timebomb; 5. He's insanely jealous; 6. He thought that nixing Daniel would create deflection from the impending custody battle and garner sympathy for Anna (and it DID!!); 7. In the end, he knows that drugs are Anna's #1, and he exploits his power as her pharmacist and holder of her secrets. And when the authorities point the finger at Anna's stash, the worst that could happen is that she will go to the pokey while he retains custody of the money and the baby - being the "father" and all. Wrong. He's done. And Anna will cooperate with his prosecution on a plea-bargain.

Daniel - not Howard - helped Anna to the bathroom several times in the night. Anna cut the baby's cord even though she chould hardly hold the scissors (Why, if Howard was the father?). Anna screamed, "It's your fault!" at Howard, upon discovering that Daniel was dead, reported nurses. Howard led Anna to abscond from the law and paternity testing.

Anna's baby is going to Larry Birkhead and she will have EXTREMELY limited, supervised contact and may eventually be prohibited from contact - unless Howard takes her out too, in a "tragic" and fatal overdose.

28. This howard k stern fool probably got his law degree on the back of a cheerio's box. Very fishy that he was in the room with Daniel when he died. Hope he didn't supply him with an endless amount of pills!

29. Oh, and...Howard K. Stern's own words on the Larry King interview (paraphrased): "Daniel asked me, "Why am I so tired?" In retrospect, I wish I had taken that as a warning sign." The reason Daniel asked Howard is because HOWARD GAVE THE DRUGS TO HIM! Daniel knew that Howard should be aware of the "normal" effects of the drug that Howard administers to Anna. Howard was the "expert"! Howard probably had to mention Daniel's question because Anna was later remembering it as a clue to his death, and Howard was forced to acknowledge it.
