288. Let's break facts down:

- Anna Nicole just had a mysterious death
- Her son, mysterious death
- Her former step son (E. Pierce Marshall, son of Texas oil Tycoon, J Howard Marshall) died unexpectedly in June 06.
- Howard K Stern and she had a quick "marriage" like ceremony a few days after her son passed, which probably makes him her husband. Done in the Bahamas, this just adds to all the other legal issues going on in her now past life.

Start building the picture (just my take and thoughts only), Anna Nicole Smith is probably do to gain a big chunk of change from her former billionaire husband (J Howard Marshall) estate, especially now that his son, E. Pierce Marshall is deceased. Now being that she is no longer with us,

- She will obviously not get the estate
- Her son will not get the estate
- Her daughter is still too young to claim it.
- Howard K Stern depending on the laws of a “marriage” like ceremony, is next in line; Hmmmmm??

He was with Anna Nicole Smith’s son at the time of his death and was with Anna Nicole Smith at the time of her death. Howard K Stern refuses to take a paternity test to prove that Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter (Dannielynn Hope Marshall) is also his daughter. So I’m thinking, if he claims to be the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter and is also her husband, he would gain a lot from all of these unfortunate, coincidence’s.

Now these are just my views on the whole take of things and mostly meant for fun and thought injection. I would like to throw in that it is always unfortunate when anyone passes, especially when there are young ones involved and family members who are hurt by such a tragic passing. It is unfortunate that she had herself surrounded by the “wrong” people and did not have a strong support structure behind her to remove her from all of the negativity. I am in NO way poking fun at Anna Nicole Smith and her tragic passing and only hope that whatever the case whether natural or criminal, piece and closing can come to all involved.

292. I agree with Christa#293. AnnaNicole and her mother have been estranged for 15 years.What part in Anna's Death and Burial should she have, when in Anna's Life she never was loved unconditionally! Vergie is a Bully (wasn't she
a sherrif?)and what kind of upbringing did Anna have that made her so rebellious,wild,and starved for love which she looked for in all of the wrong places?I cringe at the possibility of Dannilynn being raised by Anna's Biological mother.And that is all she ever was to Anna.It's easy to see she never was and is not now a nuturing female.
Now as for Howard. I have heard no one comment on the "Anna Nicole Show"
that was on TV for 2 years that I know of. Howard was in the show along with Anna and the female assistant that lived with her,and also was in most of the shows.(By the way - How come we have not heard from her?)She knew Anna very well! Well anyway Howard followed Anna around, carrying whatever she needed to be carried, and seemingly was there to protect and care for her.He took a lot of verbal abuse, as did the female assistant.That was just the way Anna was, and yes she was drugged up even then.It was obvious.We always felt embarrased for her.Like doesn't she look at her video's and see herself on TV.( REMEMBER........you can lead a horse to water, BUT YOU CAN'T MAKE THEM DRINK IT!! It was obvious in the show, that Howard had real feelings for
Anna.There were many times you could see he was hurt, but just dealt with Anna the best he could. I believe like two different people who were interviewed just recently - Anna did what Anna wanted to do. No one had control over her! I also believe she had a huge heart, and wanted a family to call her own. I also believe that she and Howard, just in the fact they had a commitment ceremony in the Bahamas was for real.And I believe Howard loved Anna like no other could have.He is the one who was with her EVERY
DAY - HE KNEW ANNA LIKE NO OTHER ( Except Danny )COULD HAVE.And
in the end Anna loved Howard to the point they had their commitment ceremony with the Baptist Pastor Anna brought to the bahamas.
This so called friend of Anna's who was just on Larry King tonight is not
fooling anyone. First she is in cahoots with this so called Mom Virgie, and She
is in front of the camera's for the same reason she says everyone else is.
MONEY!!! She is vindictive too! And if Anna knew what this venom mouth was saying, she would not have been her friend. Anna heart was warm and giving.
This fake friend is vindictive and ready to take!. I BELIEVE THERE ARE MORE PEOPLE ON HOWARD AND DANNILYNN'S SIDE. At this point none of us kno who the real father is, but his name is on the birth certificate. and Anna wanted it there, and she planned for Dannielynn to know Howard as Daddy,
And he is and has been Daddy to her. I'm sure he is nurturing her, as he did
Anna. By the way...Now if Anna mentioned to more than one man in her life
about donating to the Anna Nicole Sperm Bank (I don't mean this in a bad
way) ,How smart would she be if she became pregnant with her 90 year old
husband's sperm?? I think the family put her through a lot, and right or wrong
the old gentleman loved Anna, and wanted to care for her and her son. But
whoever turns out to be the biological father, (unless it would be Howard)
would not make him Daddy! Just as in any adoption, the family who raises the child up through the age of 18 at least, IS THE FAMILY of that child.
IN DANNILYNN'S CASE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN - Anna, Dannilynn, and
Howard. He has been her daddy 24/7 since the begining. Dannilynn knows
Howard as Daddy, and Howard considers Dannilynn his little girl,and is careing for her as any good Daddy would. It's easy to see, as in her life, Howard will carry through the wishes of Anna Nicole marshall Stern, and
Dannilynn Hope Marshall Stern.
DEAR GOD PLEASE MAKE THE ( MONEY HUNGRY FAKE FAMILY AND
SO CALLED "BEST FRIEND ) DISAPPEAR, AND LET ONLY THOSE WHO
TRULY LOVED ANNA WITH ALL OF THEIR HEART - REMAIN. ( AMEN )
