91. Remember that fatal day when Anna screamed: "You Caused This !! You Caused This !! You Caused This " Who was in the room with her and her dead son ? No One Other Than Howard K. Stern -the Pecker Face !!!!!! And I do believe he is the one that gave Danny that fatal dose !! Somehow this guy has dodged the bullet...But it will all come to a head...He is in some very serious trouble...I still cannot understand why Child Protective Services have not intervened ! Nor can I understand how 2 people could Free-Load and take up residency in someone else's home and not contribute a dime !!!! Ben can bulldoze down those gates and smash windows to get into his own home..He can have the Police right there with him and arrest those 2 freeloaders !! These two have lied on National TV shows to everyone and we all know it !!!! Anna's closest friends say that her homes are a "Walk in Pharmacy" and you can get just about anything you want from her ! Howard is her supplier ! He did Danny in and has Danny out of his hair now ! He's trying to play the big business man but this guy is a stupid no-good-for -nothing ! Anna and Pecker face are despicable, dishonest, shallow-minded and freeloaders who are now at "Criminal Status" and should be arrested and put behind bars ! Ben should get his house back and that baby belongs to Larry's custody !!!! Anna and Pecker Face have dug a hole that is close to 6 feet under right now...I see no good coming their way, except for "Jail Time"...They are Criminals ! You don't just take over someone's home and not contribute a dime ! Ben gave them a beautiful home, nannies, paid utilities, because they had financial aggreements that Anna and PeckerFace never followed thru on ! What kind of attorney is he ? He's a freeloading crook and gives the attorneys a bad name ! Their Visa to live in the Bahamas should be taken away immediately..these two are not honorable to live in that country or the USA or anywhere else....They are total disgusting !! No ones going to be hiring her any too soon either and I wouldn't be surprised if TrimSpa drops her !! With the electric off, just how is she keeping her baby's milk cold and where is the milk coming from if they are locked in that house...If she's breast feeding, can you imagine how drugged and addicted that baby is to whatever Anna is downing ! The baby is in danger and needs to be taken out of there and FAST !!!!!!!!! So Go Ben Go !! Plow down the gates and do it with the Police...Have them arrested...get your house back and Larry-You get in there and get your baby and take her to a Hospital and have that little thing checked for drugs !! I'm sure she is loaded with them ! It makes me sick to think that the Freeloaders have gotten away with this for this long !!!!! Anna, you better be watching your back, as Pecker Head did away with your son...you know it and everyone else knows it....You could be next on his "HIT LIST" !!

Another point is that from here on in, no one any longer will ever be able to believe Anna and her FreeLoader...The lies have piled up to an unbelievable mess...She tells everyone that Larry's the baby's father...gets mad at Larry becuz he wouldn't marry him (and for very good reasons) so she beds with Ben and tells Ben he's the baby's father...But Ben says no way he could, as his plumbing's been taken out...Yet she talks Ben into buying that house in the Bahamas w/promises of Financial payments and freeloads off of him (Ben should have seen the writing on the wall when she tried to pin him down as the father of the baby !!) then she and Pecker Face go on national TV and say that Howard is the baby's father ! WOW!!!! This baby has alot of fathers, doesn't she....And somehow the get the Bahama government to expediate their VISA....which should be taken away from them immediately...Friends have said her house is a walk-in-pharmacy...She's betrayed her own family years ago, keeping her son away from them...and trying to weisle the Marshall family out of money and I truly hope she gets nothing ! The story goes on and on...She clearly is not misunderstood...She and Howard are Criminals...My God they made asses out of themselves on national tv...They are Transparent Psychopathic Liars....Ben, Just get in there and get your house back....Larry...You and Your Attorney to get together with Ben, so that when Ben does get in, the baby can be handed over to you....Because Anna and PeckerFace are going to jail !!!

95. These two freaks are living on borrowed time. The Bahamas will not put up with this monkey business much longer. Anna is noithing but a leech and so is that "lawyer" that probably milked her for every dime she stole for his own self. Why she got married and jumped off a boat right after her son died is very fishy. These two are really trying to cover a lot of things up! Soon the skeletons will come tumbling out of their closets and they will need a lot of brooms to sweep them all up.

97. As a hospital social worker, I always thought that the reason she had her baby outside the US is because in the US they would drug test that baby and report her to DSS. She would loose custody and be forced to go into rehab or risk going to jail. Think about it, due to her age she is a high risk pregnancy and she opts to leave the country for the birth.

I think she still gave him the drugs not Howard, I don't think she did it intentionally,she keeps claiming she remembers nothing thats probably why the authorities are going after Howard,she probably gave Daniel the methedone to help him sleep,these are like candy to her, they probabley had a methedone party to celebrate the birth of the baby, what ANS can handle drug wise would kill any other person,I think something is going to happen,and if the charges are murder I will be shocked, I think it was more negligence, but who knows

My first thought when I heard that daniel died was that stern killed him. seems awfully convenient that anna nicole wins the millions, then hk stern claims to be the father of the baby, then daniel, the only person that would stand to get the millions if something happened to anna, mysteriously dies? so now if something happens to anna it all goes to the baby, who's "father" happens to be hk stern? Hmm. If he doesnt' get busted for killing daniel, and if he turns out to be baby's dad, I won't be one bit surprised if anna nicole has a mysterious "accidental" overdose in the relatively near future. Seems to me this guy is determined to find a way to get his hands on her money. He probably convinced her to lie about the paternity, hoping no one would challenge it, and then he'd do away with her and have access to the money. Seems awfully convenient that baby is born, he signs as the father on the birth cert. and suddenly daniel is dead? I think poor Anna Nicole is being manipulated by this guy and may have lost her son because of it.

But to keep a baby with you is something that will NEVER be forgiven in the public eye. And we know that, above all, what you care about is how YOU are PERCEIVED. Well, you'll NEVER outlive the public persona that you have created. Will you please just take an 800% dose of methadone and spare the world your consumption of its valuable oxygen? PLEASE???

"Jury of your peers": Thank you for posting the LK transcript. It is EERIE, in light of new info. Quite deliberate, wasn't it? HKS was a little too liberal in his information, if he wanted to save his own ass. Doesn't it read as if he was deliberately trying to set ANS up from the beginning? See, if she did it, it's "negligent homicide" or even an accident. If he did it, he's a suspect of murder. He even gave a motive: Daniel was coming to live there. But the REAL motive was the deflection from the custody case. And in the case that someone was charged, it would most likely be Anna and he would have the baby and the money. He didn't expect Birkhead to get the baracuda-attorney and put up the fight he has.

TrimSpa hasn't fired Anna yet because it wouldn't be a good business move until she's actually indicted or enjoined in legal action. It would be considered "unsympathetic" to can the "grieving" mother. It is around the corner. It's all about timing.

Ben Thompson was an unfortunate casualty. But the issue shows the sociopathic and pathological nature of these two. It also shows their lack of regard for a child's wellbeing.

Larry Birkhead's custody of his daughter is a slam-dunk. It is for this reason that I am SINCERELY concerned that the baby might die of "SIDS" or some other "tragic and unexpected' means. Anna Nicole is in danger, herself; but she's too drugged-up to realize it.

Anna Nicole: Please make a phone call to the Bahamas Child Protective authorities. Please show that you can do ONE right thing by your daughter! Just get her out until things settle down. You did it for Daniel. Say you have "post-partum depression," ANYTHING! Just get the baby out. It is the ONLY way you can salvage your public persona and even have a HOPE in fighting Larry Birkhead for custody!! Everyone knows the baby was born with drugs in her system Anyone can take one look at the photos and video that YOU contributed to the media, yoursef. Anyone can see you in ANY interview, any photo and know you're sick with addiction. The truth is aldready known. Please put your daughter's needs above your desires of the moment. Get her out and more people will be willing to embrace and forgive you. I don't believe you intended for Danile to die. I don't belileve you've been aware of the true motives behind the actions you've been led to engage in. I think you've been whored out. If you continue, you are CHOOSING to be a greedy whore and negligent mother. Prove yourself better than this situation. No one cares if you don't have money. No one cares if you don't have a mansion. Don't you see? All we care about is seeing one INNOCENT CHILD be allowed to live safely!

Anna Nicole, Here is the plan that you should follow: Step #1: Call authorities to take Dannielynn TEMPORARILY. #2: Call Alex Goen for some his help in temporary housing and entering drug rehab. #3: Cooperate with Bahamas Law Enforcement. #4 Call your mother. #5: Call YWCA or another women's-advocasy organization.

If you do nothing, you're minimally going to lose your daughter. At worst, you'll also be convicted of a felony and will lose your career prospects FOREVER. You will be poor and ugly. GET SMART, WOMAN. AND GET A BACKBONE!!

105. First of all, that woman should be steralized! What business does she have raising a child? She has no idea who the father is, the man who is obcessed with her (HKS) killed her son. No doubt in my mind he had something to do with it! That lady is a crack head and the best thing for that child would be ADOPTION!
