Being so malicious about it though takes it to a whole new level. Black comedians always make fun of Whites or Asians without apoligizing. I think it's fair for Richards to have said the same.

He's fet up with rude people, in this case they happened to be black, so what, if it was a black man on stage and white people were heckling they'd get kicked right out. If for some reasone they did not get kicked out , the comic could call them whatever the hell he wanted and nobody would say anything or think ahything about it.

You know what try to have some decency and stop yelling shit at the guy who's on stage every two seconds, It wasn't "Show Time at The Appllo"...

Half the crowd were shocked at what happened, but most of them were probably getting pissed at hearing those two idiots messing it up for everyone. But they wouldn't say anything because hell, they would'nt want to look like a bunch of white racist!

You know what, I never had a cotton plant and slaves working for me, and at one point the blacks will have to understand that that shit is in the past, yes it is a brutal past, but in the past. there will always be the KKK, the White Supermacist and all those idiots running around, but there will also be Blacks shouting "racist" at a white guy for no reason. And that doesn't help the situation.

But for crying out loud, leave him be. Hell Like one post says, black comedians laugh at white people all the time, but you know what, we laugh at the jokes too, 'cause if it's funny, it's funny. Don't laugh at Chris Rock for saying te N word and all that shit, then getting pissed because a white man says the same thing (Oh! But it's not the same thing some will say..! yes.. yes it is!)... I must say that he did lash out, yes he did, but if it would've been two white guys at the Apollo they would've been beaten if they would've said half the thing those two idiots said at Richards. The best way to deal with this attitude from Richards was in fact to leave the room. Let him know that it was probably a little over the hedge. But you knwo what, it proves that you should shut the hell up when you're at an event were other people paid money to see, I don't pay to hear the stupid comments blacks are constantly screaming in the movie theatre (yes you do, it's a screen you dumbasses, it won't respond!!!), so shut the fu** up, sit your big ass down, and watch the movie, listen to the jokes, and have fun. Don't screw it up for the rest of us!

Stop bitchin that he's racist, we all are, it's just unfortunate that we can't all control it all the time as well as black people and their high level of tolerance, he blew it on stage in front of a live audience, get over it, don't go see his shows anymore, I will and at least we'll be able to get what we paid for, the guy on the stage.. I'll still go see Chris Rock, I'll still see Dave Chapelle, and any great comedian whether black, white, hispanic or else. You should all do the same.

66. For some reason the word "Racist" has taken on a different meaning then what the true definition is, which is " a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race."
This is a factual, scientific statement, with no hate etc,. involved.
From the true definition, I would state I am a Racist. This come from 32 years as a Police Officer in the city of Chicago, during which time I learned to expect certain reactions from different races.

This type of crap has happened to a lot of famous stand up comedians whether the heckler was balck white or otherwise... Had a man of ANY Color - other than white said this - no biggie we wouldn't have even heard about it. The ONLY people it would seem that can even be considered racist are white. WHY IS THAT?

75. Has anyone ever turned on to BMT channel? It's sad when your own race makes fun of it's own race of PEOPLE for a dollar. I have heard way too much racial slurring and degrading from their comedians to speak about their own race. Perhaps there is a lesson to be learn here. Don't speak badly about your race and then perhaps others wouldn't . You send out a horrible message to ALL people.It's disgraceful how you speak about yourselves and your race. You don't find any other race that does this on public television. If you wish to be respected than respect yourself first. It may be O.K for one black to call another black a nigger, but its sends out a really bad message to ALL people. It kind of says its O.K because I can earn money and make my race laugh because of the color of my skin. But no other race can do so.
