I for some reason do believe there is a tape, I don't think she knew or allowed Kevin to get/keep the tape... He does and did have access to the hypothetical sex tape in question,. Kevin probably took it on one of the many times she threatened him with divorce. I do agree that Brittany would not knowingly or willingly allow Kevin to keep a tape of them having sex... If Brittany made the huge mistake of getting involved with this moron, having kids and marrying him, plus the "CHAOTIC" tape, It isn't too far fetched that she would indeed make a video of she and her "man" having sex...

Just my opinion ;-)

68. I'd beg to differ with the poster who said Brittany shouldn't be ashamed of the tape she made with her husband... I'm willing to bet the tape was made prior to them getting "hitched" most likely it was recorded during or around the "CHAOTIC" tapes....

69. Of course there is a tape and anyone who believes otherwise is a crazed fan or just plain naive. Anyone remember in "Chaotic" when she was naked while filming...wonder what was going on in the previous footage, too salacious for TV, up until that point?

70. I'd want to see it, "Just because"... A lot of the American public, better yet a lot of the world would like to see this tape... Especially those who know that Brittany is not the sweet & innocent country girl she tries to portray. Remember how she was claiming she was a virgin while she was screwing Justin Timberlake???? Remember how she cheated on him with a bodyguard... She's a hoe, but that doesn't bother me, what bother's me is that she acts like she didn't know what getting involved with Kevin Federline would be about. Brittany thought she could keep him in line because she made the money and had the "STAR" status... Kevin kept spending and kept Brittany in line... She started getting low self esteem, which eccaerbated the situation, Kevin played on her insecurities, and she kept shelling out the cold hard cash to keep him.... Whatever, there is a tape, Kevin got money, or as another poster stated is going over the agreement with lawyers as we speak...

I guess if I were Kevin I would do the same thing, I would leave with something. he won't have a career, he's on the D list, now.. He'll probably hook back up with shar, have a shit load more kids, and fall off into obsurity with Brittany's money. He'll do the talk shows etc... Shar and Kevin's wedding will be on the last page of People magazine, you get the point LOL ;-)

72. Why is everyone coming down on K-Fed? Britney knew what he was when she married him. Only a woman with no class would hook up with a guy that had a girlfriend that was 7 or 8 months pregnant. Britney entered into the marriage willingly and I doubt she was pure and virginal when they got together.
I'm no fan of either one of these nitwits, but people need to stop blaming this guy for everything. Britney is NOT a victim. the only victims are the children that these two dumbasses created, and the other children that he has with Shar.

Someone asked why didn't he seek custody of his kids with Shar, it's either one or two things, Shar is a better mother than Britney, or he just wants the money. As far as I know I've never heard of Shar driving around town with one of her babies on her lap or letting a nanny drop the baby on the head. People really need to hold these women just as accountable as the guys. It's like Bobby and Whitney, people blame him for her drug use. Excuse me! But Whitney is an adult, and she made the choice to do drugs.
