Richards Reaches Out To Civil Rights Leaders

181. I didn't hear what was said but I heard reports of the "N" word being used in anger. I was raised understanding the hate behind that word and feeling it was the worst word one could say. But now every rap song has "N" this and "N" that. My 16-year old daughter (who is white) freely exchanges the word as a term of endearment with friends who are white, black, Hispanic and every other nationality, which still stuns me. While I would never condone the use of the word, and with all due respect, possibly the African-American community should start with their own young who seem to be the ones perpetuating the use of the word.

I can’t understand how any black person can find this shocking. look on this savage devil-like Kramer outburst as a blessing of truth , because truth is freedom. knowing that he is representative of 99% of white people is also empowering. You can look them directly in the eye and know _exactly_ what they’re thinking and how they work and use it to your own advantage. You could hear for yourselves the deep murderous hatred in this guy’s voice when he was chanting the word “nigger”, it was almost as if he was getting-off (sexually) on it. Know that this is their repressed nature manifesting itself and that their NUMBER one subconscious mission has been and always will be to destroy black people. Never think of them as your friend because they are our natural antithesis. They are the only “black problem”. wherever you find us all over the world, we all have the same single issue to deal with.

Believe me, this IS about our survival and if you’re going to let their words effect you then we’ll lose one of our most important battles with these people: the psychological one.

186. The Imaginary Line

My intention here today is not to anger anyone. I must admit as I write this letter, I’m very angry. I’m angry at the fact that we continue to allow ourselves to be played by an unjust system. A system that has figured out a way to keep our community divided. Weather it be by class, social status, skin color, hairstyle, place of residents, the car we drive, and whatever else they can think of to keep us fighting amongst each other.

I really hope that I touch a nerve in some of my people today. We can’t continue to fight for Civil Rights within a county that created the reason why we have to fight for Civil Rights that we supposedly have in the first place. We have been Con-ed once again in our quest for equality. Equality, let’s talk about this word for a minute. The definition for the word Equality (State of being equal) (rights, treatment, quantity, or value equal to all others in a given group) (Full equality under the law) now, I would like to break it down a little further. (Parity, Fairness, Equal Opportunity, Impartiality, Egalitarianism, Sameness, Correspondence, Likeness, Similarity, Equivalence, Uniformity) Just to give you the full perspective. After reading this definition, can you say that you have always felt this way within the walls of the United States? This Question is not just for the people of my generation. This question goes out to everyone that lived through the Civil Right Era and the ones that so-called benefited from the Civil Rights era and to us that are living the so-called Dream.

Ok, they have given us a month to celebrate Black History. So they gave ONE of our Great Leaders a National Holiday. So, they gave that Great Leader a Memorial on the Washington Mall. Not to disrespect our Brother in anyway shape, form, or fashion but this so called Dream that we are so-called living was nothing more than a Cat Nap. For those of you that are getting a little hot over the collar about my statement, you are part of the problem that is about to be addressed. I state my life on the things that are about to be said in this letter. Pastors, Bishops, Community Leaders, Good Church going Folks, Entertainers, and to all of the So-Called Thugs, we are at War. We have been at war since the first Slave Ship hit the shores of this so-called Great Country. Do you really think that because you have a great job, nice house, shiny ride, and jewels on your neck and arms that you are living the American Dream? Nigger Wake Up! Oh, I forgot, I’m not supposed to use the N-Word anymore. If you are the one that is offended by that word, then you are the Nigger.

Think about your actions in today’s society. Do you think that Dr. King would approve of the things that his people are doing in the world today? Do you think that Brother Malcolm would sit back and not call you out on things that are happening in the world today Black or White? Think about the ignorance that is being portrayed day in and day out by our own people and then we have the nerve to get mad when the white man rears his head and really show you who runs this country and our voice doesn’t mean shit because we can’t get along long enough to organize a strong enough force that will shock them to their senses.

Today, I’m drawing a line in the sand for all to see that things have to change. We can no longer sit back and allow the Media to try to justify why Police Officers are allowed to unload 52 to shots at unarmed Black Men. We can on longer sit back and allow our causes for equality to be made light of on CNN, FOX News, AC 360, Nancy Grace, Bill O’Reily, and all other Mass Media that is instructed to water down anything having to do with the injustices in Black Society and claiming that we are always using the Race Card. If things were truly equal as the Leaders in Washington claim that they are… would their even be a Race Card? I’m sick of seeing some of these weak ass Negro Leaders every time something happens in the Black Community that is going to get some National Attention come out of hiding to get their face on the News. It’s funny to see some of these so-called Negro Leaders on some of these Mass Media Shows being drilled by White Society buckle under the pressure by being over-talked and out-witted. This is just a message to these so-called Negro Leaders, if you can’t debate your point without displaying anger or ignorance, take notes from some men that I’m very proud to call my Leaders like Bro. Al Sharpton, Cornell West, Travis Smiley, just to name a few and watch them closely and see how they get their points across without giving into the drill tactics that Mass Media uses. My People, when you watch these Mass Media Shows, whenever they speak about a issue that effects the Black Community, watch their Body Language and put it with what come out of their mouths and see the total disregard for anything having to do with us unless they are talking about Sports or some Entertainer, or some Political Figure that has been excepted by White Society.

I don’t claim to have the answers as to why things are the way that they are, but I do know that the answer are not going to be found in Washington, DC. How can we keep taking our problems and grieves to the very source that causes these problems to start with. This is equal to taking your car to a Mechanic for an oil change and you get it back and your engine has a knocking noise. You might go back to them to say, “Hey, this was not happening when I brought you my car!” You might file some charges or seek the help of the Better Business Bureau, but you are not going to take your car back to that Mechanic. So, why are we still taking our obvious problems to the people that are creating them? Do not think for one minute that this was not a well thought out plan to give us Civil Rights to begin with. If you fight for anything long enough and not get it, eventually you are going to become belligerent and what was once non-violent becomes violent. Not only that, the Economy of the country crumbles. Think about the millions of dollars that were lost during the Bus Boycotts in Montgomery, Alabama in1955 Lead by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., The Brotherhood of Pullman Porters in 1925 Lead by A. Phillip Randolph. Can you see the pattern? The only way to hurt this Government is through their pockets, you hit Washington in the pocket, and we get what you want for the moment until they figure out how to work around us. In today’s world, we as a people have our own Clothing Labels, Our own Businesses, Our own Banks, can’t you all see that EVERYTHING that our people are involved in is making major revenue, and what do we do, give it right back to them by eating in their restaurants, STILL buying their Clothes and over priced Shoes and Handbags. We are still trying to move out into the Gated Communities trying to be up under them and meanwhile, they are buying up your en-city property dirt cheap and moving back close to where the money comes in at. We as a people took this Segregation thing a little too far. Why do we feel that we have to continue to prove that we are just as good as they are when you see it everyday and keep giving up respect that they clearly don’t give us.

People, we are doing it to ourselves. The reason why we can’t get the respect that we want is that we don’t respect one another. Why would I respect a man that I see disrespects his own family? Is that a man worthy of respect? If you are a woman that writes a book about trifling things that you have done and men that you have slept with in the Entertainment Industry for a profit, why should any man respect you? If you are a Leader of the Black Community and a Man of God with an illegitimate child with a woman that you had an adulteries affair with, why should you be worthy of respect? No Man is perfect and I have made my share of mistakes and going to make plenty more before I close my eyes for good, but we as a people need not to throw stones if you live is a Glass House yourself. I can’t tell you how dirty your house is when I know that I throw my clothes on the chair in the corner of the room or occasionally leave a dish in the sink without washing it. This message is for my Brothers and Sisters that have been blessed to have a Radio Show or a Talk Show Platform that is geared towards putting peoples business out in the open. Please understand that Entertainers and Professional Athletes or anyone that is in the public eye are people with feelings and problems just like you. It’s not enough that they are under the microscope enough that Mass Media is waiting for them to slip up at any giving moment so that they can take advantage to damage the situation more than what it is. We need not to help them because it makes all of us look bad as a people. How would you like it if your business was put out on the news that you are going through a Divorce with someone that you are still in love with? What if you are about to loose your home because of financial reasons and you here your own people on the Radio talking about your situation as if they got the notice in their mailbox? What goes up can be brought down. Please think about the people that have fought, marched and died for you to have the opportunity to be able to address the world with the talents that God blessed you with. I know that it is a paycheck but we have to stop selling our souls and morals just to make a quick buck. Entertainer, please stop wasting Studio Time putting out music that you know doesn’t do our people any good. You can’t call yourself an Artist if you are not writing and signing from your life experiences, things to touch your heart in an intimate way, get a job and do some community service. Real people are sick of hearing songs that speak of nothing but shaking your ass, graining on a pole and popping bottles and teaching our kids to do these things before their time. Meanwhile, the White Kids are listening to KRS1, Grandmaster Flash, Public Enemy, Earth, Wind, & Fire, you know, real music. Meanwhile, our kids have not heard any of this real music. You ignorant, One Hit wonders, you have sold your souls and your kids future to the devil. The Government has played you once again. You thought you had the Chronic until you found it was dirt weed. You thought you had Crack until you found out it was soap. You thought you had Cocaine just to find out that its just Baby Powder. My point is, Draw your line today and dig into the talent that God gave you and produce some music that has some substance about you. If you are the Artist that you think that you are, if you are the Leader that you want us to follow, if you are the Talk Show Host or Radio Personally that you know you can be or the Athlete you claim you are, we will hold you up as a people and you wouldn’t have to worry about not having a paycheck. Your people will feel you. Please stop allowing the next man to divide us!

188. I find it very interesting that thing Michael Richards (aka Kramer on Seinfeld), during his standup routine, just happens to look like an Andy Kaufman stunt. Indulge me for a minute, please. Andy Kaufman was always controversial and pushing the envelope. A lot of young kids out there now have no idea, unless they happened to watch, "Man on the Moon" starring Jim Carey, or they ended up somehow becoming fans of Kaufman's work. The interesting things are these: Andy wrestled in the south and a lot of people in the other parts of the country didn't see what was going on. He enjoyed seeing everybody enraged that someone would say or do the things he did. He would make fun of southerners, calling us hillbillies and rednecks; he would taunt anyone he could just to get a reaction. Case in point, when he went on David Letterman and lost his temper toward another wrestler, Jerry Lawler, slapping, cursing on TV and throwing water on him, but apologizing to the audience. No one knew till years later that David Letterman, Jerry Lawler, and Andy Kaufman were all in on the scheme. He was Tony Clifton at times and nobody was sure it was Andy. BUT.... one of things I find the most interesting, when it comes to the Michael Richards situation is that, years ago Richards and Kaufman were on a show called," Fridays". During one of the tapings Kaufman broke character, causing a big scene. Andy threw water on Richards and then got into it with the producers and everybody else involved with the show.

I know this is long winded, and maybe a little thrown together, but I'll get to my point. Isn't it odd that Michael Richards goes onstage, enrages the crowd, goes on LETTERMAN, apologizes for doing almost the same stuff Andy Kaufman did in his act for a REACTION????!!!!! Does anyone see what I'm seeing????!!!!!!

It's just makes since. Maybe it will turn out that I'm all wrong and Richard's didn't pull a Kaufman, and maybe everybody will try to forgive him and Richard's won't end up shot by someone who doesn't get the joke (because I think the way things are now, no one would see a joke in it). But this would be as Andy would do it, causing a reaction, keeping yourself in the public, and in Andy Kaufman's geniis way, making a killing no matter how it makes you look, fooling each and everyone of us. IT'S ALL THE REACTION. Maybe Richards needed a career boost and borrowed (or used), one of Andy Kaufman's ideas, then again maybe, just maybe, Andy is still pulling the strings. There are rumors out there that Andy Kaufman faked his death, and would show up again one day, and then there is a lot of proof that he's dead. BUT EXPLAIN THIS......WHY is'nt Andy Kaufman's SSN number on the Social Secruity Death Index (his SSN is listed on his death certificate on the internet, if you do a search.)???? If he's dead they should have it listed. I wish TMZ would look into this.

I never saw the body so I can't see either way if he's gone or not.

If anyone has gotten this far in my rambling, and they are interested in any of what I've said, then I urge you to look into it yourself...via "YOUTUBE.COM", and putting "Andy Kaufman Dead", into a Google search or just " Michael Richards Andy Kaufman" into Google. Even better yet just rent," Man on the Moon", and then watch the whole Michael Richards triad and apology on "YOUTUBE.COM" and see if you might not come up with the same conclusion.

There have to be others out there with me on this... Somewhere, just somewhere........

194. Eugene, Oregon and inhuman rights

It has been about 4 weeks since the Eugene police shot and killed a person with a mental problem. At that same time the Lane County was having an "“informal limited" hearing concerning a “not for profit” in Cottage Grove, Oregon engaging in fraudulent housing practices funded by Federal dollars. So what, you might say. What does it matter if the HOME TBA program does not follow federal regulations. So what, if they retaliate by kicking a disabled person off of a federally funded housing program. So what if the Lane County Human Services Department not only condones the practice, but forces a “limited” hearing so that the known abuses will not be heard. We were shot at by our landlord. The first time a deputy went up to talk with him, you could hear them laughing. Over a 2-week period he shot at our house 13 times with a shotgun. You could hear the pellets hitting the building and rolling off the porch. We were able to capture the sound of the shot and the pellets hitting the house while on the phone with 911. The three Lane County Deputies watched the tape, I gave them a copy. The next day they went and told the landlord, “don’t do that any more.” The Lane County Human Services Department were aware that the “not for profit” had violated HUD regulations, that the person in charge of HOME TBA in their department had sent our landlords lawyer bogus rental papers in an attempt to get us illegally evicted. They knew that there was an on going process to harass and intimidate us. Yet they decided that it was OK by their standards. So why should you care? At the same time, Lane County Oregon was approving a 10-year plan to end homelessness. The HOME TBA is part of that plan. It is being cloned in over 200 Counties across the United States. When I asked the State of Oregon’s Housing and Community Service’s how I would get a hearing through them, they wrote the grant for the federal funds for the HOME TBA Program. They said, “ we have no control over how the “not for profit” administers the program, there is no hearing or grievance process.” That is why you should be concerned. No matter which state you live in, they are setting up a process in 200 counties across the USA for 10-years with no oversight or process to complain. A few BILLION DOLLARS of money with no accountability.
