17. This is what happens when BEAUTY FADES. When she was young back in 1991 without surgery, she was a knockout, but her fast lane life, bad marriages, the disease she's battling, drinking, etc. aged her more than her 39 years of age. 39 is not that old yet, but in that picture she looks twice her age. Paris is not far along either. All those "blonde" bombshells who party as much as they do, will wake up like this one day but SOONER than most civilians. I don't feel sorry for her as she has the money to stretch her face much more.

20. city332, that totally looks just like her in the face. I've seen pics of her without her makeup, stylists and lighting specialists before and she's not ugly but she's not anything to write home about. That's the thing with most of these women. When you strip away the fake boobs, hair extension, fake lashes, spackle and bondo, acrylic nails, and the wonders of airbrushing, they look just like the rest of us normal people. And, now with the advent of HD TV, it's even easier to see everyone's flaws, much to their chagrin. I love it, because women in Hollywood have been making the rest of us feel bad about ourselves for years and it's all fake. Now maybe more young girls will see this and realize they're dealing with feelings of self loathing for nothing.

22. When I first started reading this website I thought it was for purely entertainment purposes. Instead I discovered the site must be for housebound, severely depressed and very frustrated angry people. There is so much hate, and vicious comments left here, I think the people commenting could use more counseling than the celebrities they are bashing. FYII!!! These are total strangers which you never met and probably never will! Opinions are great, but pent up anger at strangers because of flaws in your own life is disturbing. Most of the people commenting on this site must be under 21 or desperate housewives. The people who are calling various celebrities trailer trash, write comments that only an uneducated person would write. The pot calling the kettle black. These celebrities whether you like them or not, had something you didn't. Charisma, talent and most of them are extremely hard working. Most wealthy socialites have used nannies for years while they attended social functions and continuous parties in the evening. It has gone on forever. Big deal. Britney is 24, immature , but a far better mother than many mothers I had contact with growing up. I guess you are all perfect parents, never make bad choices, and are basically robots. Get out of the house more often please! This site is for entertainment not your daily therapy session.

23. Oh, come on, y'all! Everybody on EARTH knows that Pam Anderson without make-up is uglier than a hedgehog. If they forced her to get rid of the fake boobies, too, you'd have something that would SCARE you if you met it in a bar.

Even so, Pam Anderson is at least not nearly as dirty a filth-whore as Spears. Have y'all seen the new photos of Spears showing off her sagging, crab-infested cooter? Go to Defamer to get a look, but don't be having lunch at the same time.

Anderson may be homely beneath the clown paint, but Spears is a vile person from inside-out.

25. Actually, she looks more "normal" here than when she is all made up. Her hair is a mess, but she doesn't look all that bad in the face. Looks like a late 30s/early 40s woman who is running errands.

28. I had my doubts at first. But look at her nose. Its very unique. Compare it to the made up pics & thats def. her. Won't see this pin-up hitting the billboards.

Is there a pattern? 1st marraige, failed, 2nd marraige, failed, reality show, failed, tv show, failed. What failed attempt will she ponder next? K-Fed will be single soon.

Its a shame, negative publicity is all she can get.

30. God, people can be so mean! It used to sound like a dream to be a star. Now it sounds like living HELL.

As a fellow woman and mother, I wish Pam the best. Life is hard enough when you're incognito--I can only imagine how difficult it is with everyone prying and kicking you when you're down.
