33. According to an interview which aired the other day on "The Insider"... Anna told Pat O'Brien that she and Howard had indeed justed purchased another (larger) home along with a boat. She would not specify where the home was located, but stated that she planned on staying in the Bahamas. I'm sure she and Howard are already packed, and the paps are waiting outside the gates ready to follow the moving van.

35. Hoor ray yesterday LB had some vIctory now today Ben is finally gonna get some victory too, HaHa! ANS and HKS finally justice is starting to prevail, your days sure are numbered ,I just dont understand how they can buy a home in the bahamas when they arent even citizens, and there is a good chance they will be deported.

Anna NicHOLE said on ET tonight that she already bought a new house and has a room for Daniel, but he will never use it. And she won’t have a Christmas this year because Daniel is gone, and “who will she buy presents for?” (with her partner sitting right beside her and her baby girl there).

ET showed the ditz dirty dancing to a Bahamian workout routine to lose the 70lbs she gained with Dannielynn. Howard said that baby Dannilynn is the only thing keeping her going and she wouldn’t make it without her (interpreted as Howard’s begging Child Protective Services NOT to take the baby).

Anna did a bizarre stupid little charade about “she might be pregnant again”, and “Howard wants another baby, he wants a little boy” …. then Mary Hart on ET says at the very end of the show that Anna told them it’s not true – she was just kidding. I think Howard would desperately love to get Anna pregnant again with HIS seed, in the hopes it might not look so much like the FRAUD that it was for them to say that they “thought” Howard was Dannielynn’s daddy. I think Howard told her to STFU about his next sleazy scheme.

42. For those of us who are unfamiliar with these legal proceedings:

Default judgment is a binding judgment in favor of the plaintiff when the defendant has not responded to a summons or has failed to appear before a court.

In a civil trial involving damages, a default judgment will enter the amount of damages pled in the original complaint. If proof of damages is required, the court may schedule another hearing on that issue.

A defendant can have a default judgment vacated, or set aside, by filing a motion, after the judgement is entered, by showing of a proper excuse.

I believe that ANS will be filing a motion IMMEDIATELY if not sooner, in order to buy a little time. Is it just me, or on ET, did it seem like ANS was saying they had ALREADY purchased a new home? Didnt she say something about "Danny's room" in the "new house"? Does anyone remember this? Or was she talking about the one she allegedly "owns" already (Ben's house)?

Benmay be well off, but not well off enough to just hand over a $950,00.00 home plus utilities, nanny services, upscaled security services !!! If they could my bet is they would flee to Costa Rico, a country where they don't extadite. But with that judgement handed down from L.A. Surprior Court regarding the paternity suit. I doubt that will ever happen. Once it's determined who the father is THAT BABY WON'T BE LEAVING THE COUNTRY. I believe the father is L.B: I always have. Photo evidence, time lines, confessions by ANS to several people , including L.B. himself, Payne and Ben Thompson . SHe knows who the father is.
AHHH.... I am going to have a cocktail now and celebrate.
