17. I agree with all the above commenters. Imagine if she DID dress like a grown-up, you would criticize her for "trying to grow up too fast." She's only innocently 12, let her enjoy her innocent years wearing princess-like dresses. Let's hope she doesn't turn into a Britney or Christina or Paris. Go pick of THOSE skanks.

21. She's precious and dressed appropriately for the sweet 12 year old she is. Thank GOD her mother doesn't have her dressed up like a slut. This pretty girl in a pretty dress (who we can probably bet and win IS wearing panties) is a refreshing sight to see after this weeks many tw*t shots of Scumbag Brit. Dakota was the cutest little girl and she's growing into a beautiful tween-aged girl. She looks fabulous!

26. What the hell is wrong with you guys? You wonder why kid stars end up on drugs, geesh...It's one thing to pick on adults...but she is a kid. Have some shame! There are just some things you leave alone, pre-teens with insecurity and awkwardness is definitely one of them. It's bad enough being that age, don't add insult to injury!

29. WHY THE HELL IS TMZ PICKING ON WHAT A TWELVE YEAR OLD IS WEARING?? Do you a**holes remember what the hell each of you were wearing on any given day when you were twelve?! I highly doubt it was high fashion - IF you idiots even knew what the hell fashion was then! Just because she is an actress does not mean that she has to be done up in haute couture like her fellow celebrities 30-40 years her senior!
