18. I agree with all the above commenters. Imagine if she DID dress like a grown-up, you would criticize her for "trying to grow up too fast." 23. She's precious and dressed appropriately for the sweet 12 year old she is. Thank GOD her mother doesn't have her dressed up like a slut. This pretty girl in a pretty dress (who we can probably bet and win IS wearing panties) is a refreshing sight to see after this weeks many tw*t shots of Scumbag Brit. Dakota was the cutest little girl and she's growing into a beautiful tween-aged girl. She looks fabulous!
