Lane Garrison -- Not His First Accident

"Prison Break" star Lane Garrison's SUV struck a tree Saturday night, killing a 17-year-old boy. Just six weeks ago, Garrison was in yet another SUV crash.

A TMZ camera caught Garrison leaving Hyde nightclub on October 20, right after his Land Rover struck an Infiniti in front of him. The driver of the Infiniti began shouting, "Hey stop the car, stop the car, you hit my car!"

Once Garrison saw our camera, he hid his head, pulling his jacket over his face, as he was still driving.

As for the far more serious crash over the weekend, two 15-year-old girls, as well as the 26-year-old Garrison, were also inside. It's unclear who was driving.

32. I cant speak for the more serious accident, but what is the story with the first accident? Talk about a bunch of nothing! There was obviously no damage to either car, and even after Garrison is seen talking to the guys, someone is yelling, "Hey hey hey hey, stop the car!" Looks like some guys who saw someone famous and saw dollar signs.

33. ITS REALLY SAD TO SEE HOW QUICKLY THE GENERAL PUBLIC, JUST BY THE NEWS REPORTS HAVE ALREADY ASS-U-ME-D LANE IS GUILTY? WERE ANY OF YOU PEOPLE THERE OR HAVE A CRYSTAL BALL......? I DO FEEL VERY SAD FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED. GIVE LANE A CHANCE.........

Dont you think that it is a little disgusting that a 26 year old man would pick up on two 15 year old girls at a supermarket, follow them back to a party for teenagers and then after he hangs out partying offers to make a "beer run"? Isn't it even more disgusting that there is a CHILD who is dead at his hands? Another CHILD (one that I happen to love very much) is in critical care and he has yet to be arrested? I dont care what he blew, 2 very young girls were injured and one boy is dead, he should be in jail.
period.

35. This is going to be just another famous person getting special treatment for something the average person would be aggressively punished for. Why hasnt he been arrested yet? Why wasnt he given a sobriety test at the scene of the accident? Why is it going to take 8 weeks to investigate the accident. I'LL TELL YOU WHY. It gives his lawyer time to arrange for him to go into some type of rehab center and to work out a plea deal. I predict that he wont spend any
significant time in jail if any time at all. All you bleeding hearts out there encourage this type of illegal behavior by not speaking out loudly about how this will not be tolerated and how he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Only when they start locking these famous law breakers up for the years that they deserve then the message will get to the rest of them and this type of tragedy will stop being repeated. HE BETTER HOPE I DONT GET CHOOSEN FOR HIS JURY TRIAL if there ever is one.

36. i'm duch en het verbaasd me dat zoveel mensen op lane kwaad zijn.
Lane zal het niet met opzet gedaan hebben, dat is een ding wat zeker is.
En daarbij komt ook nog Lane maar 1 biertje ophad? Dus het zal heus niet door zijn dronkenheid zijn gekomen. In nederland denken ze wel heel anders dan Amerikanen denken over Lane garrison. Maarja ieder zijn eigen mening!
