This man is a repeat offender. He doesn't deserve to drive. Driving is a privledge...
not a RIGHT. They should take is driver's license away IMMEDIATELY . He's a NUT !

And if you are out ... and get intoxicated then" CALL A CAB "......or pull over to the curb and "sleep it off " ...My Goodness the man is not learning from his mistakes. The next time I come on TMZ I hope t see pictures of him ' TAKING THE BUS "OR HAILING DOWN A CAB. My God. Some people NEVER LEARN. Somebody take that Man's license AWAY before there's another fatality. Why is it drunks always kill other people and they escape unfazed ? I 've always wondered that.

25. Rip is a very funny actor has many memorable roles. He just used some bad judgement. People of this caliber should plan ahead just as anyone else should before they decide to have a night on the town...do the smart thing and get a designated driver. Will always remember his role in summer rental with John Candy as Skully the owner of the restaurant boat that they sailed to win the regatta . The Barnecale was the boat.
