Beyonce Knowles set out to clear up rumors of jealousy over the attention her "Dreamgirls" co-star Jennifer Hudson has been receiving. Her plan may have backfired.
Beyonce Knowles and Jennifer HudsonDuring a recent interview, a humble Beyoncé said she "knew that the character that I played wasn't the star ... I'm already a star. I already have nine Grammys. Everyone knows I can sing."

Beyoncé definitely belts out some beautiful melodies, but when she said, "I wish I could have gained 20 pounds and played Effie," we hear the flip side of her tune. Although most of Beyoncé's comments seemed a little backhanded, she did go on to give props to Hudson by saying, "She did incredible."

This interview, meant to defuse the rumored feud, could rekindle the diva dis.

94. What a snotty child she is acting like. She tries to come across as reserved and shy at times, but we all know what a bitch she is.

She didn't get the part because she couldn't act as well as Ms. Hudson and that is what it's all about.

She should be happy that she did get the part, because frankly I am not impressed with any of her characters I've seen, including her stage persona.

p.s. hey beyonce! maybe you should have taken a bit longer than a couple weeks to lay down your tracks. Honey they're not all that!

Also the fact that they want to charge that outrageous price for the tickets.

The studio would have made its money back, but now I'm just thinking that they're trying to get the public to pay for all their films that bombed by charging the high price.

100. Bottom line: Beyonce doesn't have the voice needed to sing the song (And I am Telling You I'm Not Going) that most people remembered the original Dreamgirls by. She maybe pretty and sexy, but she's nowhere close to Whitney Houston when it comes to singing. Not even in the same league. I am very happy that Jennifer Hudson is winning the rave review because of her talent over Beyonce.

101. Other actors have put on more than 20lbs to get a role, so its no big deal. I like the fact that she went the other way and lost 23 lbs.

103. why we all are talking about Nicole and others in hollywood losing to much weight we should love the way Beyonce looks. She is a curvy girl and she looks good. I love they way she carry herself and the way she looks. All you haters need to stop. And I hope you sisters are not talking bad on Beyonce. We should be proud of her.
