Lane Garrison Cries in Church

An emotional Lane Garrison was seen weeping and looking very distraught as he left a Los Angeles area church.
Lane Garrison
Garrison was the driver in a weekend accident that killed 17-year-old Vahagn Setian and seriously injured two other teens. He exited Good Shepherd Church in Beverly Hills with tears streaming down his face and his head in his hands.

The "Prison Break" actor showed up to the church at 11:30 Wednesday morning, spending 15 minutes inside before his tearful exit.

166. To all of those people posting that LANE should pay dearly for his actions-

I really hate to see all of the comments about my friend%u2019s brother and the harsh judgment on his personal character rather than his actions with regards to this accident. Should I be like everyone else on here and cross the fine line with my words? Like say how f***ing stupid the kid who died was for getting into the car? And how he deserved to lose his life for being such a moron? Or how about how his parents should be persecuted along with Lane for raising such a stupid child? Or what about the two 15 year old sluts tramping along late at night in Hollywood? I mean, how much of whores were they? Just ready to jump into the back seat for him weren%u2019t they?

Were any of those words truthful? No. Did they probably hurt some people%u2019s feelings? Yes. It didn%u2019t make anyone, especially me, feel better about the situation. The words hardly made and effort to bring back the dead or punish those responsible. I doubt if I go outside and scream %u201CDIE LANE DIE!!!%u201D it will bring him to justice or bring back the deceased. It seems as though you all just want bloody, savage justice.

Attacking Lane%u2019s character is just a cheap shot taken by people who will probably forget about the three people in his car in less than a month. There are many people at fault here, not just Lane. And for those of you who are giving him sh*t for crying in church..... who the f*** do you think you are kidding??!?! If he wasn%u2019t photographed coming out of that church in tears you would have claimed he went straight back to the bar or something else your small minded conformist brains could think up. At least he isn%u2019t in Las Vegas or crossing the border to escape his problems. At least he is man enough to be responsible for his actions, which is something these underage drinking little Hollywood brats who keep posting on here have yet to do. Seeing the inside of a church, let alone spending time in one, is something that I imagine all of the Anti-Lane people who post on here have experienced.

Like I said before,

WHAT HE DID WAS WRONG. HE IS DEALING WITH IT. HE DOES DESERVE TO BE PUNISHED, BUT LETS ATTACK ONLY HIS ACTIONS, NOT HIS CHARACTER OR HIS INTEGRITY.

For those of you thinking I want him to go unpunished you are wrong. I just want him to be seen also for who his is, a good person, not just the mistake he has made.

167. And as an aunt of three handsome, charming nephews, I must say I hope no decent man EVER DATES let alone MARRIES any of these worthless whores (Paris, Nicole, Lindsay and the rest of their ilk). Any guy with half a brain should run for the hills at the very sight of these shewolves. Britney Spears is nothing but SCUM and I hope her children are removed from their revolting mother before it is too late if it isn'lt already. I hope their parents become pariahs just as everyone wants OJ Simpson to be. Actually, OJ had much better morals and upbringing than any of these worthless human beings!

168. Very easy to be remorseful after the event when things can't be turned back and you have caused major damage. The problem these days is that people do things without thinking about consequences. I bet he thought he was hot stuff at the party. Pretty cool drinking himself into oblivion and going for a 'drinks run'. What would have happened if he hadn't crashed? What would the night have held for the 3 under age kids he had with him? Would we be seeing headlines of young girls laying charges for indecent assult? Either way, this guy was playing with fire and now that he has burnt his fingers he wants us to feel sorry for him because he is 'distraught'. Well, how distraught will the family of the dead boy be this Christmas when one of their family members will not be with them this or any other Christmas from now on because some 'dickhead' didn't think before acting. He should be tried like any law breaker. Unfortunately, Hollywood has a habit of 'protecting' their own ie OJ Simpson. Lets hope sanity prevails!

169. I would advise all readers of this site to review the California "vehicular manslaughter" statutes, and if, when, and how DUI relates to those statutes. This will be a very complicated auto-accident legal case and the verdict will be a major factor in any associated damage case filed by the passengers' families. I would also like to say that I have known the Garrison family for many years. Lane is a sincere and hard-woring young man. I still remember the eulogy he delivered at his mother's funeral--an eloquent tribute (he was 19). And when his dad died a few years later, he took full responsibility for his 16 year old younger sister--moving her to California and taking care of her until she was old enough to find employment and provide for herself. I assure you that Lane's grief is sincere! Everyone involved with this tragedy is grieving. And, I think everyone--the three teenage passengers, the other teenagers at the party and their parents, the homeowner's of the party site, and Lane--all share some portion of blame for this tragedy. But I think that only Lane is being "tried and convicted" on the internet. Please allow the justice system its due dilligence--and for your own edification, review the California statutes.

173. his sleezy lawyer obviously told him to go to that church and cry. if the guy has one ounce of a conscience and feels bad at all, why does he hire a high priced slimeball lawyer to blatantly lie for him and try to get him off. if he indeed feels badly, why doesn't he tell the truth and face the music. lock him up and throw away the key before he kills somebody else.

174. I disagree with the law. If u drink and drive u should have to go to mandatory meetings 5-7 days a week for like 4 years. And not be able to travel out of state for like 2. or something like that. (Probation. ect. and learn). The reason why people drive drunk is because they are not know ledged adequately. It takes catastrophes to happen with this system to a friend or family member to even be responsive or the consequences.
A second offence should be like 10 years behind bars. I feel people learn from mistakes.
I also think classes on drinking and driving should be required once a year and taken more seriously in high school as a class dedicated to alcohol awareness. I know people that used to drive drunk every weekend it took a loss of a friend for them to stop. Hopefully these kids will learn from this

176. Go f*** your self 176!!

First Off, I had a companion die in a catastrophic accident last year! But, I still do not agree with putting some one behind bars. There are other alternatives. I have dedicated time in the study of drug dependent psychology.

177. First off, I don't care.

Second, learn how to spell.

Third, "dedicated time" consisting of a high school psych. class doesn't count, asswipe. LOL.

178. OH JAKE !!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER, EVER SHOULD YOU MAKE THOSE SORT OF STATEMENTS. SOMETIMES THE LORD PUNISHES OR MAKES YOU FEEL ANOTHERS ANGUISH BY TAKING THE THING YOU MAY LOVE MOST..........I HOPE IT IS NOT A CHILD...............FORGIVE YOU FOR BEING SUCH A SIMPLETON; THE LORD WILL FORGIVE YOUR IGNORANCE.

179. I assume that the church did a good job preaching. It obviously succeeded. Some people just don't stop and think before adding their comments in here. The news says that he wrecked his car and killed and injured others, but they don't know what he's really crying or distraught for. At least the picture shows that he has a conscience. He should face his consequences and hopefully he will learn his lesson and not repeat it. Garrison should know that he shouldn't be drinking and driving at the same time. It's very tragedy that he killed 17 years old boy in drunk driving.

180. Jake Wheeler #4: Hope the next time someone dies in a drunk driving crash, its your son, then well see if you feel the same way about letting that person go to make movies for you. And if this is Jake Wheeler from Colorado, I am very disapointed in you.
