Lane Garrison Cries in Church

An emotional Lane Garrison was seen weeping and looking very distraught as he left a Los Angeles area church.

Garrison was the driver in a weekend accident that killed 17-year-old Vahagn Setian and seriously injured two other teens. He exited Good Shepherd Church in Beverly Hills with tears streaming down his face and his head in his hands.

The "Prison Break" actor showed up to the church at 11:30 Wednesday morning, spending 15 minutes inside before his tearful exit.

47. Only in Los Angeles would someone get away with killing someone while being intoxicated... Well to be honest, if you have a lot of money and/or are a celebrity you can walk around L.A. for years without spending one night in jail while fighting your charges...

The regular citizens aren't so lucky...

And I agree with the poster who stated that it was wrong for Jessica Simpson to release a statement giving Lane support without saying anything to the families of his victims, no wonder Nick moved on...

53. He will not spend any time in jail. He will not even lose his drivers license, He has hired one of the best defense attornys in California. It will come out that he didn't do anything wrong, and that the dead boy was responsible for his own death.

54. Isn't it innocent before proven guilty? Where is the sobriety test? The cops in Bev Hills have egg on their face and are throwing Lane under the bus. "Symptoms of being Drunk" Any one is going to be punch drunk after an accident like that. He was knocked unconscious and probably had a concussion.. It's very irresponsible of the Police to be speculating like most of you.. As far as being with the kids? They begged him to come to the party like ALMOST FAMOUS.. He was just trying to make their day.. Bad judgement maybe, but pedofile no.. Terrible tragedy for all involved and I'm happy the other girl pulled through.. No one wins in this situation.. My heart goes out to all involved... Hopefully Lane will be vindicated by the Blood Test...

55. I hope he cries! It is the least he can do. Has he come out and made ANY attempt at an apology? NO! Has he admitted what he did was stupid? NO! 56. Mistakes are made. I am so very sorry for the young man who lost his life. But, whilst you are busy judging Lane, he is trying to come to terms with what has happened. It is easy for you to make jokes...he isn't real to you. Please try and remember that Lane Garrison is a person...with a heart and with feelings. Show a little respect.
