Lane Garrison Cries in Church

An emotional Lane Garrison was seen weeping and looking very distraught as he left a Los Angeles area church.
Lane Garrison
Garrison was the driver in a weekend accident that killed 17-year-old Vahagn Setian and seriously injured two other teens. He exited Good Shepherd Church in Beverly Hills with tears streaming down his face and his head in his hands.

The "Prison Break" actor showed up to the church at 11:30 Wednesday morning, spending 15 minutes inside before his tearful exit.

77. Babs your post's show exactly how much education you received as a child. It also show's a need for someone like you to defend a scum bag like Lane because for some reason you think it brings you closer to his world and out of the slum's you obvious live in.

78. Though lets not pay attention to my many spelling and grammatical mistakes as well as myself being a judgemental fatass who takes the internet way to seriously. Like I give a f*** about some immigrant?

79. Why does everyone assume he is crying because he is sorry for what he has done? Maybe he is crying because he is SCARED TO DEATH that he is actually going to get punished and has f---ed up his life and career. Sorry or not, he needs to be punished with prison time. His irresponsibility has killed someone. If this country actually PUNISHED people who drink and drive, maybe it wouldn't happen so much.

80. Why is there this rush to judgement? The media persecutes and has one accused of crime guilty before any evidence comes forth. You are presumed innocent until found guilty, that's the law. Of course, it wouldn't be a big story for the media to adhere to those principles. It wouldn't sell many newspapers, magazines, etc, etc. I'm sure many innocent men and women were convicted because of the press. They believe in guilty first and when the truth comes out in court, ex. OJ, they never admit it was wrong what they did. I'm sick of it. It's all about ratings and making money, bottom line.

82. Sorry Claire,
I typed the wrong #, i was referring to anyone that could read Jake Wheeler's comments and believe they were not in jest(#14 I think and a few others). You and I are probably not retarded, please forgive.
To those who believed, avoid The Onion and Colbert Report at all costs.

83. I agree with sick and tired. These famous people if found guilty of a crime need to be punished to the full extent. Theft, drugs, manslaughter were will it end and who will be next? If that were my son killed in his car and it was found out he was drunk driving at the time of the accident. I dont think he would make it to prison

84. #10. His receiving forgiveness from the Lord has NOTHING to do with the public at all. "Every one of us shall give account of himself to God" (Romans 14:12).

85. yes lane's irresponsibility played a part in the young man's death but didn't also the young man's irresponsibility (getting in the car with a drunk guy) and his own parents irresponsibility (letting him party so young and so late) play a part in his death too?? and really who's more responsible for ensuring the saftey of this boy some stranger or himself and his guardians?? no one forced that kid into the car. it sucks all around but everyone's to blame equally...the boy has been punished, he's dead. will is parents be in a cell across the hall from lane?

86. Scott, Scott -- How many times must you be told? -- you need to take two yellows and break the green pill in half BEFORE you start posting. Calm down, precious one...Just take a moment to re-read Jake's post (slowly) and I'm sure you'll eventually come to the conclusion that the man makes a lot of sense! I am now officially on the Jake Wheeler bandwagon!!

87. In your case, Lane, buddy, guilt and remorse are GOOD for the SOUL! Hopefully, this means that you are NOT a psychopath--unless, of course, you are still acting!

89. its sad.

why is it when tragedy strikes, people turn to God. then when everything is good, u forget God.

i think lane finally realizes what is missing in his life, and what he knows deep in his heart.

90. Can't you see the pain on this guy's face? Don't you think he knows the wrong he did? This kid who really isn't that old himself has to live with this the rest of his life. I agree with poster #2 and someone else who said how many of you bashing Lane didn't probably do the same thing at his age, only thank God this didn't happen to you. He's paying believe me. This is something he will never get over no matter what punishment is serviced to him, he's beating himself up for the poor decision he made. If any of you live in LA you see the anger all the kids have for him that went to school with the kid that died and the ones that got hurt. Leave him alone, it's a tragic situation and bashing him over the obvious isn't going to make it any different. The only thing we all can learn from this at any age is don't let this happen to you, don't drink even a 1/2 of a glass of liquor and get behind a wheel. Though they say his drink was spiked, if so I hope that person is the one punished.
