274. I guess this is an extension of the comedic radio broadcasts on Free FM...if not, the people commenting here are immature and totally lacking in empathy. (True,some people are too emotionally deprived to manage empathy...how about sympathy?) The girl obviously has more than one problem. It appears that in addition to being an addict (doesn't matter what your drug of choice is; an addict is an addict), she is also dealing with an eating disorder. The eating disorder alone can mess up the chemicals in your brain enough so that you can't think clearly. Add drugs, and it's a wonder she could think straight enough to pull away from a curb.
I think that serving time might serve to awaken her to the problems she faces. Losing her license for a few years would take away the freedom to pull a car onto a freeway the wrong way.
I do not defend what Nicole did. I believe she should be punished to the fullest extent of the law, since this is not a first offence. She also needs some tough as opposed to celebrity-coddling rehabilitation when she leaves jail--maybe for as long as a year.
I just think that people are being mean. Look at the above comments.
None of these people, I'll bet, know Nicole, yet it seems everyone is getting personal gratification from her misfortune. And that's sick.
I'll bet you were the Mean Girls and bullies in high school (that is, if you're not still in high school now. Frankie, #2 above, calls her a "looser". You can't even spell and you're calling someone else a loser????)

275. This just goes to show that celebrities have special treatment in society. Nicole should go to jail just like any other person would have in that situation. I think that she seriously needs to grow up and stop acting like a stupid teenager. Everyone is so tired of seeing her pencil thin druggee ass. Somebody needs to toss her a cheeseburger!

276. Obviously she didn't intend to endanger hers and other peoples lives by driving the wrong way on that road!!! I mean come on none of you guys are perfect are you? and we all make mistakes. Cut this girl some slack, it must be hard growing up in the limelight and I would hate to have all that fame around me. Imagine never having privacy when you go out and always having to check if being followed, etc. No thanks, even with all the money!! Lifes a bitch sometimes and shes had her fair share of rough times so lets remember we aren't perfect and stop expecting her to be!

Obviously without Paris, Nicole and Lohan not many woudl have a life...So wishing death on anyone is pitiful and you should be glad that nothing happened to her to any of te others...What would you have to talk about and who would you have to loathe?
