29. What is wrong with these dispatchers? They sit there and chat well after it's obvious what the caller is talking about.

These callers are sexist - assuming the driver is a man. Can you imagine if they assumed the drunk was some black guy. Rosie O'Donnell would have said "hey, there's some drunk chinese lady driving the wrong way on the freeway!"
