79. The general concensus here in L.A. @ my job is that Nicole will not be punished for driving down the wrong side on the freeway while being under the influence of a controled substance... She will find a doctor who will say that the vicodin is prescribed, and since she wasn't found with any drugs, she will be fined, and NICOLE (her legal council) will state that she will go into rehab. This way the judge will not enforce a certain sentence for Nicole to adhere to.

I think she should spend at least four months in jail and be required to enter rehab from 6-12 months. It's obvious she does not have the will power to do so on her own, or with the urging of friends and loved ones.

DJ AM knows the thruth, he probably realized Nicole was using and pressed her to get help, we all know that she didn't and this is the end result, at least until the next time she gets high then gets behind the wheel of a car, hopefully nobody dies the nect time ;-(

So you are saying Nicole was probably driving down Barham...took a right on Forest Lawn and right after the right turn to Griffith Park there is the 134East onramp...you think she continued on under the freeway overpass to the 134West exit off the 134 freeway? It's a little tricky I admit...first time I drove this road I ended up in the park...but to pass the onramp and go under the tunnel to the offramp...well, that's a curvy offramp and man she is lucky she didn't get killed or kill somebody else...forget about the pot which is harmless and the vicodin...only numbs you a bit...cool high...sorry all you people lost friends and family to car accidents...really I am sorry about this.

May I also add, smoke your pot and take your vike if you must, but stay home or stay put 'til you sober up.
(Some of you guys need to read the article before you post -- she had no alcohol in her system, therefore she wasn't drunk. But she WAS "under the influence" of mood altering substances.)

82. I just can not get over the stupidity of these celebrities. What do they want to get busted for D. U. I. All that money and they can not pay for a taxi or limo. I am no way near a rich man I can barely make my bills every month and if I am going to be drinking alcohol I make plans to not be behind the wheel of any tyoe of vehicle. I either get a ride from a designated driver friend or just take a taxi where every I want to go. But I guess celebrities are above that. I guess they will never learn. Come on they are going to kill someone. Grow up and take some responsibility.
