DUI is a huge issue. I work for an insurance company and have listened to countless people's recorded statements of both the victims and thier families and the person who was found guilty. It's horrible!!! She should consider herself lucky and this be her wake up call. This has nothing to do w/ the race factor or sex factor that some people are bringing up. They are the ones with the real problems with those issues. DUI is illegal for a reason and I think it is news when something like this happens to a celebrity and hopefully an example will be set for her so that she gets the help she obviously needs. Stick to the fact she got busted for DUI and not that she's skinny. Noone says people shouldn't support her, just don't make excuses her. There are no excuses for stupidity, selfishness or sickness. Party responsibly!

I feel really bad for Nicole, this is seriously a cry for help and its so in the wrong way as in her own health and now driving the wrongway on the freeway. To those people that said she needs to kill her self, you guys should be ashamed, as I can see you are heartless human beings. Just because she is a young star with all the money in the world doesnt make her feelings any less important than anyone elses. I do admit she made a bad choice driving under the influence and the wrong way ,but because she is a celebrity she will be under a magniflying glass, if it were just you or I it probably wouldnt make the front page news. If you don't hurt someone and get busted you get to learn from your mistakes. YOU all know DUI's are so f***ing high up there in penalty's it's unreal and the state collects billions of dollars from it each year. Insurance companies are a f***ing rip off as well! SO zip it!
