453. you guys are idiots. she passed the breathalizer, she wasnt drunk, she admitted to smoking pot and taking vicodin, which is exactly what she did. its called DUI because it is Driving Under the Influence, so that doesnt mean she has to be drunk. oh and the 85 lb thing kinda shocked me, i would guess she was back to 90 or 95 , but wow. whatever. i smoke pot and take vicodin, who gives a s***. i dont drive backwards on the freeway though that was lame. good luck nicole come on girl you are beautiful pull through!

454. DUI means Driving Under the Influence. It does not mean alcohol. The question is, which influence? Drugs or Drinks? Does CA. also have DWI (While Impaired). Bottom line, whatever she smoked, drank, or shot, She needs help!

455. Well, "Unreal", I am not surprised that your spelling, grammer or lack of punctuation does not bother you. That is your smoke screen for not being ABLE to write like an adult with an education. Now, on to the matter at hand. IF you read my post and were adult enough to understand, you would have understood that there are people here that have the intelligence level of most 5th graders who make statements about Nicole that are simply NOT TRUE. Yes, it IS a tragedy for Nicole, but I never ONCE condoned her behavior. Anyone who faced her SUV on that freeway was a tragedy. Certainly I KNOW that she could have killed someone. How horrible that would have been had it happened! Thank GOD it did not happen. Does Nicole need help? F-yeah! Should she be punished like every other non celebrity human being? F-yeah! (sorry, the slang is coming out of me here...). Now, did I read EVERY POST? I think NOT, however, I read enough dumb ass blogs to last me a life time. The LOSERS I was blogging about are the ones who are clueless in other aspects of Nicoles life. Calling her a whore, a spoiled brat, using her weight issues, blaming her family and friends, suggesting that she is a heroin addict again, etc, etc...all the stuff that has NOTHING to do with her going up an off-ramp or her DUI. There are only a handful of blogs here that stick to the subject at hand....her BAD for doing what she did. Who are some of these people that suggest something else? Who raised THEM?

I could care LESS what YOUR opinion is. I think you are among the losers that have nothing INTELLIGENT to contribute here. Yes, I put the "losers" into a catagory, and I am glad that you realized that you were one of them, otherwise you would have never responded to me. Now, rather than sit here and re-post, maybe you should spend more time on your spelling, grammer and punctuation.

460. No. 52, you're the one that amazes me. The point isn't that she's human and makes mistakes like the rest of us and it's not the end of the world. The point is, she was driving while under the influence of drugs and could have very easily ended her world or, worse, someone else's world. Would you be so forgiving if she had hit one of your loved ones and killed them? These celebrities get a slap on the wrist for their dangerous behavior and as long as that happens, they're never going to learn. They will continue thinking that they will get away with it, whether they kill someone or not. It's not a mistake to get into a vehicle and drive while you're under the influence of drugs or alcohol, it's downright stupidity.

My wife for 25 years, is 5'-1", she weighed about 100lbs when she was your age, and stunning too. Little girls just weigh this much, and are completely irresistable. She always is...and still is"my little Pumpkin". Although, she never did drugs...I did!!! It takes-one to know one...I guess. Be careful, if you must do drugs because, shit happens!!! If your liver and kidneys are screaming at you, listen to them. 94-100 lbs is ok for you. For example look at Kylie Minogue she is alot like you, at 5'-0" and 6 stone (thats 85 lbs), although she takes much care of herself...call on her as a friend. I think she is (was) a party girl too. You have one thing special over...Paris, Lindsey, Hillary, and all the others. As quoted from lyrics by Danny Elfman from Oingo Boingo "I like Little Girls". You are that cute little chick, AND DON'T YOU FORGET IT!!! Us guys just go nuts over. The 20's are for roaring, making mistakes, and living life large. It's just a short while anyway. 462. Nicole is going to get out of this one. MARK MY WORDS. It's just as simple as that. The police and legal system in Los Angeles are NOT going to pursue this matter or put away a "celebrity". There may not be rhyme or reason to it, but if you doubt it, just keep watching. It's a guarantee. Whenthe taxpayers' money goes for the salary of a phalanx of L.A.'s finest to "guard" Jennifer Aniston because she wants to walk through the camera gauntlet at the arrival terminal at LAX for publicity purposes, while non-famous people immediately outside have no such response, is it any surprise that this has become the norm? People like Lohan and Hilton and Richie and others are not only further emboldened by each other's behavior, but know that they can't be challenged when an innocent member of the public is victimized by their unlawful actions with a sympathetic police and justice system in Southern California. It's shameful.
