92. Another ratpack addict bites the dust. Arrested at 0450 and out of the can by 0715? I am not shocked by the arrest, for the drinking and the "sans panties" brigade, alitte pot and vicodan does not suprise me....
What does suprise me is this chick dosent do 3 hours in the can?
The normal joe would be in for a minimum of at least 12 hours here in Vegas...Longer elsewhere. Does she have to kill someone to make 6 hours?

93. DUI means under any influence- Driving under the influence is influence of anything- Im suprised with her weight she could handle that combination- obviously she wasn't doing it well but I am 5'5" and weight 125 and I would have been knocked out just off the pill. Crazy!!

Thinking when your using drugs and alcohol and your fine doing ok is not a wise choose , shes a addict , when she feels it 's time to admit it ,,, then and only then will she start the recovery process I have some advice maybe is that a real friend or someone close to her should talk to her not someone that is active in drinking and drugging and she could ask for help,,, god helps people that help themselfs, it 's been said '' seek and ye shall find'' ask for help and you will be helped praying helps to not only when times of trouble ,she needs support at this time and compassion from people that care and has to stay away from people that . it's sad when your caught in the grips you can't see nothing and you have no hope . you don't need to live a life of this there is another way and it's all about surrendering and getting help you need .

99. Well I think this answers the questions. First of all, I lived in LA and cannot imagine how you can end up going the wrong way on the 134 Freeway unless you are totally wacked. Second, she was taking Vicodin? Well of course, thats why she doesn't eat, she's always high! Who gave her the drugs? If it was a Doctor, what injury does she have that she needs a painkiller for? Did she buy them illegally? She weighs 85 pounds because she is a DRUG ADDICT plain and simple and now the truth comes out, and while we are at it, lets throw a little, probably a lot of cocaine into the mix. I am usually asleep at that hour. As a former user, I know the game. She needs rehab and NOW!

101. DUI, does not mean alcohol influenced. Driving Under the Influence/ Intoxicated can be any substance that inhibits visual and motor skills. .

At Nicole's weight that vicodin must have hit her like " a ton a bricks ". I 'm sure that the POT she is smoking is very powerful too. It's not like it was in the 60's that's for sure.

She must have been so disorientated.........far more impaired than what alcohol would have done . What a dumb-ass. She will be the " Next Garrison " if she doesn't kill herself 1st by starvation.

104. You know what...if you people are going to comment...at least read the article first and not JUST the headline. THANK YOU!!! The article clearly says that she was tested and HAD NOT BEEN DRINKING!!!!

To #11..to answer your question. A DUI is Driving Under the Influence. So it can be any substance that affects your motor functions. It doesn't have to be alcohol speciffically. You can get a DUI driving a boat or any other motorized vehicle in most states.

105. I have no interest in Nicole Ritchie whatsoever. She is just another poor child that I see fading away on the cover of various tabloids. Her claim to fame, whether she ate a salad leaf or a radish for lunch at some posh eatery. But people if you are going to take the time to comment on the latest article about her at least get the facts straight. And I quote " A preliminary alcohol screening device revealed that Nicole was not under the influence of alcohol".
