32. If the other driver used that word he was wrong, celebrity or 'regular person', it's wrong. HOWEVER, this guy isn't an actor or in the public eye so I don't think it's right for his picture and name to be published like this. This happens every day and once again, it's WRONG but TMZ could get this guy or his family hurt, fired........their house busted up.

Extra is such trash. It could be that they are just trying to make a story for themselves for ratings.

I bet this runner was getting Kathy Lee some wrinkle cream.

36. Well, it's not stunning, but it is disturbing. I can't speak to what happened in the accident, obviously, but it's irrelevant. What matters beyond anything is that one guy appeared to attack the other guy, physically.

Filming is not illegal. Assault is.
