Racist rant caught on tapeTMZ has obtained stunning video of a racist rant directed at a runner for a television show -- and it all went down in Hollywood.

D'Andre Ford, a runner for the television show "EXTRA," was returning from a delivery Monday when his car was involved in a minor fender bender. Ford claims the other driver struck his vehicle while he was stopped.

When Ford got out of his car to inspect the damage, the other driver began hurling racist slurs -- notably, the N word. Ford, who is African American, activated his cellphone cam and recorded part of the rant, but the other driver didn't seem to care.

Of course, another rant last month at the Laugh Factory in West Hollywood sent shockwaves around the world.

TMZ contacted Zakhar Laufer, the other driver. When asked about the racial epithets he said "I did not call him a nigger. That's not true."

49. Racism elsewhere,

regarding the Katrina stuff, it was widely reported that WHITES were pilfering items from stores, while clack people were looting... I agree some low life black and white people were looting during a crisis, both are considered ignorant.

You seem very angry and have issues with black people. I can't stand Jesse Jackson either, and I'm black. There are some "white" leaders who also need to shut the f*** up, but I don't just say that because they are white, I say it because I may not agree with the message they are putting out into the world.

There are bad people of all races just like there are good. Get a grip

Yes there are ppl of every race that says things we dont like but all i mainly hear are blacks complaining on the news. i have black friends and i tell them all the time that to me blacks are educated,well mannered,etc...while the N word are just ignorant ppl and they agree with me..on the news the other day some black rev. or who ever he was was saying CHRISTMAS is a racist holiday cuz he's never seen a black santa clause and that the song white christmas was a racist song when white in the song means snow! tell me that aint stupid....always trying to come up with some sort of crap to make ppl feel bad for blacks....and then another man was saying exterminate all white ppl....i dont care what ppl think of my comments but i speak the truth of things that happened..everyone is entitled to his/her opinion

56. Whoa, Vicki! I think you got Mexican's confused with another race. First of all, Mexican's are not lazy - you might be the first person who I've ever heard say that. And Mexican's have never, ever associated themselves with American Indians - that is the most ridiculous comment I've ever heard. BTW, "Proud Hispanic", you should definitely read-up on sh**. 58. The guy was wrong to call him that but the other guy was provoking him. He was acting like a jerk with the 'say that again' etc. The old guy shouldn't have used the 'n' word but perhaps the other guy could have shown a little class as well.
