67. I'm also one who only started watching ELR in reruns. Frank Barone is my favorite character. You could tell Mr. Boyle loved playing that character by the manner in which he delivered his lines. I have tried to think of any tv show or movie that Mr. Boyle was in, that wasn't good. There are none. He ranked right up there with Walter Matthau, when it comes to comedic talent. My thoughts and prayers to his family, friends, and former cast members. Mr. Boyle's talent will be enjoyed for generations to come. He will be missed.

70. Peter Boyle,
A great actor and dancer that will be sadly missed by many. I always looked for Peter's jokes in Everybody Loves Raymond, he made the show so much funnier and better in every episode he appeared! I am sure he enjoyed life while he was here. A freethinker that we admired. I remember when he was in Taxi Driver, he made the movie stand out, although I did not enjoy the violence in Taxi Driver, Peter helped us look at the movie realistically. Yes, he was great in Young Frankenstein. Thanks for giving us the enjoyment we looked for. I wish Peter could have made the movie he wanted with Burt Reynolds in the coming year. We know we are not guaranteed tomorrow so we make the best of today. Rest In Peace.
