Recently refurbished Tara Reid isn't known for being graceful, and her scraped up knees prove it.

Photographers outside London's Kabaret club caught Reid in mid-fall as she exited the hot spot in the early hours of the morning on Tuesday. Luckily, the club has its own "Star Catcher" stationed on the sidewalk.

Looks like Taradise isn't all it's cracked up to be; if she's not getting into a club ... she's falling out of one.

Tara IS drunk in this photo. Another website has a bunch of these pictures taken in a sequence of her. She's completely loaded. The guy behind her is literally carrying her out of the bar. In the other pictures you can see it much more clearly, he's got his hands around her waist. I'm not sure which website I saw them on, but I am sure a little surfing and you could find them.

27. Everyone has been drunk. Hell I'm getting pissed tonight! But when someone is drunk EVERYWHERE, ALL THE TIME then it gets played out and old like Tara Reid. Anyway that's about all of my time she's getting. Peace.
