Jessica dumped Nick because mentally he had dumped her long before she phyically dumped him. Watch reruns of their show and you will see the lack of respect from him and the way all he wanted to do was be around other women even though it upset Jessica. And he took up with MANY a woman about 2 seconds after she saw the light. She on the other hand waited months to even think about dating(which has been with one man as far as the media has reported). When you look at the facts, it is obvious who really wanted out and who enjoyed it from the get go. Jessica may have filed for divorce, but Nick had already been long gone.

Seems to me, when a MARRIED woman, allows a single man, and his friends to spend the night with her drinking, while her husband's away, points more to HER, wanting out of her marriage. Jessica was linked to Adam Levine, Johnny Knoxville, AND Bam Margera, WHILE she was married. Who gives a crap about who she's with now that she's not with Nick?
