A. Why say "something that Jesus taught"? Not everyone is a christian.... forgiveness is a good human trait (which is learned, not inherent)

B. This is called a blanket statement. It's the same as a black person saying that ALL whites were slave owners. I bet the majority of blacks are not racist, just like the majority of whites are not racist. There is racism all over our world, there probably always will be. But, your comment isn't exactly helping. You basically comes off as a racist jackass making statements that you can't back up.

You agreeing with whoever it was who said more blacks kill whites, than vice versa, that's just ridiculous. Let's see some statistics.

Yes, blacks do have oppurtunities in our nation, but don't the ghettos breed a negative attitude? Do you think an intelligent black kid that excels at an inner city school is going to have an equal oppurtunity that an average kid making Cs and the occasional B at a private school will? Most likely not (even though colleges are trying to change that, it's still really really tough). Don't you think a kid in the ghetto who's only views of wealth are the white kids across town and the occasional drug dealer is going to feel trapped and defeated? It's hard to get a leg up out of the ghetto.

With all do respect Mr. Trump, in the "real world" people don't get rewarded for screwing up on the job, i.e. testing positive for cocaine, breaking the law, or breaching a contract, they get fired. Only in "Hollywood" can someone screw up and become more famous from their mistakes. I only wish the best for Tara but she is clearly unable to perform her duties as Miss USA and surely not from rehab! Tara should have had the respect to relinguish the crown to save any more embarrassment to herself, the Miss USA organization, and this Country! Her "soap opera" press conference was equivalent to someone winning a grammy, ( in a b-movie crying scene voice) "I'd like to thank my Mom..., Mr. Trump...", and she never once apologized to the Country. Such a prestigious title as Miss USA should be protected, and in this case it is being made out to be a joke. It is very upsetting that Miss USA will become more popular due to her stretch in rehab than her service as an ambassador for the United States.

I think it's great that you want to Congatulate your sister with a capital C and all, but for what? Maybe she should OF won in the first place. I can understand why you think so, her being your sister and all, or is it that the color of the contestant's skin should have been taken into account when picking the winner. Or maybe the judges should have eliminated all contestants with lighter skin tones immediately in fear of being called racists? -Matt

234. *sigh* I will assume that the same people who do not like that there are scholarships for black people will also dislike scholarships for Native Americans and Asians. I'm willing to bet that the vast majority of scholarship money goes to whites, so what's wrong with scholarships targeted to minorities? It sounds as though some people are referring to Affirmative Action. AA helps mostly white women, but of course no one dare complain about that. And what about Black History Month? In high school and even college we learn about white people every month except maybe Feb. and summer. I would rather learn about African/ African American history all the time, but until then what's so wrong with Black History Month? And there are days when we will observe even the most murderous, heinous Europeans (i.e. Columbus day) even if there feat had long before been accomplished by Asians and Africans. I will assume that the persons will also have problems with a Latino or Women's history month.

And there have been instutitions that have helped Europeans Americans mostly, like the GI Bill and New Deal for starters.

Why do you think there wouldn't be black pageants? That's just about, save a handful of exceptions, the only way a black woman can win a pageant. Even if she's black, she better be mixed. Look who's winning these pageants-blonde, white women!

235. Maybe all of the BIG mouths anxious to talk trash about racism should go see the WILL SMITH movie. The "brother" who he portrays in that movie decided to take a detour and avoid the route so many "underprivileged" member of the minority community elect to take.

He clearly proved those who shout racism are only looking for an excuse to explain their abysmal, pathetic situation.
