When Nicolette Sheridan decided to highlight her lower body features with see-through black tights, she probably figured a few weasels would stop and stare. TMZ counted only one.

As the "Desperate Housewives" star strutted her leggy way down Robertson Blvd. during a daytime shopping trip, Pauly Shore (who bears no visable marks from his fake comedy club fight) checked out the jackbooted actress from inside a restaurant she was passing.

Once he noticed the camera, Pauly tried to play it cool, quickly turning the other way. Hey bu-ddy, you're bus-ted!

16. Get real. Give the guy a break. It doesn't appear he's checking her out at all. I find it more curious that the photographer stopped shooting Nicolette's butt in those hideous tights to turn his attention to Pauly sitting at a table with a friend. TMZ, you are really reaching with that one!

20. its as if TMZ is trying to ruin this guy's career with its second report of him in a weeks time.....uh, his own career is already ruined based on his not being funny, so whats the deal TMZ? if he was caught doing an upskirt peek that might be worth reporting--to the police..but a quick glance to commotion going on is hardly worth reporting to anyone.
