Rosie Doesn't Take The Donald's Bait

Rosie O'Donnell shot back at Donald Trump this morning on "The View" -- with nothing more than a piggy-ish face.

Fitting, perhaps, since "pig-faced" was just one of the adjectives Trump used to describe Rosie yesterday after their public slapfight exploded. Against expectations, Rosie chose not to get in the ring with the Infamously-Coifed One, making only passing reference to The Donald.

Pointing out the presence of her partner Kelli in the studio audience, Rosie said, "I was afraid to leave her home in case someone with a combover [ahem] came and stole her from me."

And that was that. Meanwhile, Donald vented on "Good Morning L.A." Is Rosie now taking the high road, or has she been silenced? Her rep says she's has no additional comment.

A rep for "The View" provided this comment from Barbara Walters, who is out of the country, to TMZ: "Donald Trump is a personal friend of mine and has been a good friend to 'The View' for many years. I'm sorry there is friction between Donald and Rosie. That said, I do not regret for one moment my choice to hire Rosie O'Donnell as the moderator of 'The View'. I certainly hope and expect that this tempest will pass quickly."

18. What does her being a lesbian have to do with anything? Why the stupid remakrs about her being lesbo? He said some very insulting things about her, whether she is straight or gay, way beyond anything she said about him. He took it to a mean spirited level way beyond her poking fun at him. She is a comedien, he is supposed to be a sucessful businessman. Successful businessman should not be taking up causes against things comediennes say about them.

He is really really really gross, people. Rosie is funny, but he is never funny, just a disloyal horrible person.

Does Mr. Rosie actually think that Trump would want "his" streched out GF? When you are filthy, stinking rich like Trump, you never have to want for female companionship, not like Mr. Rosie.
I say let them settle it like real men: Get into the "squared circle" and go three rounds: Bar and Panties for Mr. Rosie, and Boxers for Trump.

26. Trump has nothing on Rosie---he took the argument to a personal level, which is both unprofessional and immature (as if he's one to talk). She's right--he did this all for attention because no one cares about his lame pageant. All the news reports said he had made his decision weeks ago, but was relishing the attention. And, Rosie's right---he is like the only owner of property on the Vegas Strip who can't have a casino or any sort of gambling on the premises because he has declared bankruptcy. He's living in his own little world, is jealous of Rosie's success on tv as his own show continues to dwindle down the tubes.
