Trump Blames People Like Rosie For Iraq War

The Donald's new celebrity war with Rosie O'Donnell is comparable to the war in Iraq ... at least according to Trump.

Last night, the Donald phoned into "Larry King Live" from a phone on his private jet, and continued to bash his newfound enemy by comparing Rosie's claims that Donald went bankrupt to the "lies" that got the U.S. involved in the war in the Middle East.

"When people lie, Larry, I like to go after them. And I think, frankly, more people should be like that. I mean you look at this country, look at the problems we have -- lots of lies got us into the war in Iraq."

Earlier in the week, Rosie posted a message on her blog detailing Trump's financial history. "She said ... I went bankrupt three or four times, there's only one problem, I never went bankrupt."

The bitter feud officially began when Rosie ripped Trump on "The View," for acting as America's "moral authority" in his public pardon of Miss USA Tara Conner.

Larry King said they invited Rosie to appear on the show, but she declined.

77. I DON'T THINK IT'S FAIR. YOU SHOULD TREAT THEMA LL THE SAME WAY. IF YOU PULL HER'S FOR DRINKING AND RAUNCHY PHOTO'S THEN THE TARA CHICK SHOULD GET THE SAME THING ALSO. 78. Rosie said a few things out of line, but she hasn't gone on other shows and done interviews to continue to flame the fires. The comments Donald has made about her are 200 times worse than the things she said about him. And to those who posted about it I too remember him being involved in Bankruptcy (business related I think) and if you listen to what she said she said something like he HAD or HAS filed bankruptcy before not that he was currently in a state of it.
Rosie made some poor comments and I was saddened today to see that ABC seems to be giving into Donald by making Rosie quieter today.
Donald's comments were much worse because to me they were more derogatory by talking about her sexuality and looks.
I haven't seen him on People magazines Sexiest man of the year cover...

Trump's behavior is typical of a 5 year old -- the name calling is so ridiculous. he's the one that should be ashamed. he's an ass. i have no respect for the man. and to say that rosie is a big loser and a nothing is obviously a comment that's coming from his ass. the guy is disgusting. spend some of your billions on a haircut already. what is that on top of your head man??? now THAT'S disgusting!

80. This whole thing has really spun out of control. Both parties need to remember what the Christmas season is all about and agree to disagree. They don't have to like each other but they should both exercise some self-control. Name-calling and pointless accusations are too much like grammar school playground behavior. Most ten-year-olds would have either made up or gone their own ways by now. Grow up already!

81. THIS IS A SHADE OF COLOR. OK WHEN VANESSA WILLIAMS HAD THIS HAPPEN SHE WAS REPLACED SO FAST THE INK HADN'T FINISHED DRYING ON HER CONTRACT. NOW THE USA CHICK WOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED BY A BLACK CHICK. BUT SHE GETS A SECOND CHANCE. AND THE OTHERS ARE BEING REPLACED BY WHITE CHICKS. HE OWNS ALL THREE SHOWS BUT ONLY KEPT THE ONE WHO DID THE WORST? THAT DON'T SOUND RIGHT.

82. Trump's disgusting behavior over the last couple of days proves that money can't buy you class! The only thing he was able to do was to throw pre-school insults. Nothing he has to say has any merit, and shame on all the so called "news" outlets for indulging him the airtime to spout his infantile tirade.

I think we are on the same page. A comment was made about Rosie's "compassion" and I responded. Rosie made an unprovoked attack on Trump. I am not going to defend him but Rosie brought up the "moral" issue. Just like ABC owns the view and can do what they want (which I don't and won't watch), Donald owns the pageant and can do what he wants. If people don't like it, don't watch. I think that the public buys into the attention grabbing whores which just perpetuates the problem. As you stated, as long as the ratings are up, they will continue to pay these morons. We should send a message with our viewing habits. That will hit them where it hurts, their wallet. Trump has his issues but up until now, I haven't heard him attack anyone. He has lost alot of stock with me. Rosie is just showing her true colors and unfortunately people will enable her to continue.

85. I predict the pageant ratings will be through the roof! I'm going to watch just to see the audience reaction when Tara Connor gives up her title in her farewell speech. Those of us involved in pageants know that she is the rare exception. Most of us are well adjusted, having fun, getting a decent education, and not at all interested in drugs, alcohol or mixing with the wrong people. I've been involved in three pageants, and I've never met a greater group of well adjusted,young women who are goal oriented and centered.

90. No he never went bankrupt . Yes he did enter chapter 11 and was protected from bills and payrolls . Better than being bankrupt . So go ahead and sue , Don . Dickhead . Rosie had not much to say today . I think Barbara gave her a Vic and told her to " cool it " . We miss her quick quips . AH ... reminds me of High-school sophmore year ..... Dickheads .
