He should have gotten half, he made their MTV show, we only watched it for nick, we always thought he was so real, now she gets to keep the money that they made on his face and personality.Well, we will see where her career is at in a few years, this will be my last entry about her anywhere, I am not giving her that type of power that's what she wants, people talking about her, lets all go silent on her so she can disappear fast!!

35. The fact is, Jessica didn't sign the damn prenup Nick's manager wrote up. By her not signing, she agreed that they would split 50/50 should they divorce. Now, she changes her tune and first offers him a measly 1.5 million and then in the end he still didn't get half. She thought that since Nick was the one with all the money at the time they got married, if that were true now, her and papa joe would have sucked every last dollar out of Nick. I guarantee it!! She didn't sign the prenup befcause she beleived a marriage was 50/50, she didn't sign it because if it did end in divorce, she was hell bent on getting something out of it. Well, it backfired on her and now she seems to not want to pay up what Nick should be allowed by law. I have no respect for people like her.

My positive outlook advice for Jessica is to get a college degree and educate herself. Stop looking like an idiot. Make a difference and do something for yourself. It really amazes me how people have been posting judgements on how much Jessica and Nick should receive based on how much they contributed as individuals to the marriage rather than taking into consideration what California law states each person should receive when there is no prenup. People, if you don't like how it works then don't get married and don't live with your partner long enough for it to be considered a "common law marriage." Nick should have received his $18 mil period based on the law. Maybe he didn't contribute as much as Jessica did in terms of work hours however, when you marry and there's no prenup remember, "what's yours is theirs and what's theirs is yours." In the end, I really admire Nick for avoiding an ugly court battle. Jessica may have her money now but karma is making her pay for her selfishness.

44. I totally disagree with most all you. I watched the show to see Jessica not Nick. I thought Jessica was the spice & sizzle to the show & found Nick very controlling & sometimes mean. Jessica was the one working hard while Nick did nothing but whine. He cheated on Jess & that's why they got divorced. This album of his was a hit only because most people sided with Nick. He owes Jessica big time for his album that was all about her! You guys don;t know anything about what really happened & why Jessica is still sad about the divorce. Nick moved on to quick for a guy who was so in-love with his wife. Jessica is the classier of the two . Nick is the one who is all business & all about money.
